Chad O Shea The New Oc?

Why can Pats prevent him from coming? I thought if it was a promotion, which Wr couch to OC would be, then they couldn't block him.
Only promotion to HC cannot be blocked. Other promotions can be.

I guess we are the baby Patriots now. I really like this... it is going to give us an edge against them now that we have so many guys in here who know how they run their system on both sides of the ball. Additionally they have one of the best offense's year in and year out. I really like the upside of this move.

Increases Amendolas chances of staying with the team. I like the hires so far. If all goes as planned we’ll have a professional coaching staff for our new QB to work with in 2020

Flores better have some good facial expressions though. We have been spoiled in that regard with Philbin and googly eyes.

We have a first time OC and DC. It’s a bit worrisome with a first time HC as well.

But all guys need to start somewhere. And we are going full Patriots. We will have to wait and see.

I love the hire if we pull it off.

Those clamoring for experience, that is what Caldwell was brought in for. To oversee, and allow us to roll the dice on a younger, dynamic offensive coordinator.

Ball is in Bellichek’s Court now.

I'm glad we have balance in the FO. It should never be one way or another. The game changes every year. You gotta be able to adapt and maintain. Something I unpleasingly pointed out after Gase fired Lazor and replaced with him with the homie....I mean Dowell.
