Flores To Be Introduced As Hc Monday

It’s such a weird position to be in as a fan. I want him to “turn things around” like everyone, but I also want to have a play at a top shelf qb in 2020.

Regardless I think it’s safe to say Flores will get a pass in his first year as HC.

Even if you were trying to be civil in a valid reason of why Flores is going to fail instead of just acting like a 3 year old that just got put on time out for cussing, that part that I quoted shows why any football reasoning out of you is invalid forever. Let me guess, after the tanking phase in year one, you are going to "told you so, Flores is a bust!"

The tanking has to come by way of the FO. Trade away anything of value besides a very select core of guys. Trade down and back and accumulate picks. Find the right QB in the draft. Basically follow the Sashi Brown blueprint.
 
A team will never admit a plan to tank but if we start making the moves you mention I think we can read the tea leafs

Come on … you know the drill, first he goes to Disney World, then in a few weeks he'll make his way down to Miami. Of course, while riding Space Mountain he'll be calling/texting all of his new players asking about how their offseason workout regime is going … because … you know … that's just what coaches do.

Unless Flores contract is for 4-5 years then I don't get the "see u in 3 years" deal!! If we r "tanking " then no way a coach says "ok I get 2 years to try to win". Reason coaches become coaches is to win. While I agree that we need a QB I also don't think it is worth throwing a whole season "hoping" for a QB that might not make it in the NFL. There r no guarantees!!

I have to do what all of us have to do and that is root for my team and hope things get turned around because I nor we have a say in how or what this team does.

Getting that top qb in 2020 is apart of "turning things around", no?

Nothing matters until a top shelf qb is added.
