Brian Flores Arms Self With Powerful Weapon Other Dolphins Coaches Didn’t Utilize

Except for the fact that he hired a cronie with no coordinating experience to be his offensive coordinator. Hope it works out, but let's see how the coaching staff looks when it's all final before making judgments one way or the other. I would like Caldwell on the staff for sure. Capers I'm more iffy on. Cant knock his experience but I work with a lot of Packers fans and they soured on him quite a bit.
Except according to the Pats forum posters O'Shea was heir apparent for the Pats OC job if McDaniels had left this year. To me that's persuasive confirmation of the hire.

That is the mark of a great leader. Knowing you are not the smartest person in the world and brainstorming with others to help solve problems.

Gase was terrible at this. Every fan saw his issues week in and out but Gase would continue to pretend everyone else was stupid. He knew it all. I tell you what though, in NY, Gase will be on a VERY short leash. The media here doesn't play games. They will rip him wide open after one loss due to his getting cute on 3rd and short, etc.

This is one of the things I am looking forward to this upcoming year. I can’t wait for all the blowups with the media from Gase.

I think having Caldwell will be a good thing for Flores.

I dont like it from an accountability standpoint. Also not a big fan of Capers or Caldwell.
Respect the opinion but don’t understand it. Caldwell has 2 Super Bowl rings as OC with two different teams and HC of a Super Bowl team.

Capers is not at the top but he’s a solid communicator with years of experience. I think the issue in Green Bay was a horrible roster. Take Aaron Rogers off that team and they’re picking top 5.

I really like the idea but isn't that what Hue Jackson did and it backfired?

First of all I'm not putting a lot of faith into what random posters say. Either way, you can justify it all you want, he's still a "cronie." I've been on board stating that I'm optimistic about him, so I'm not slighting him as a coach. Just calling it like it is

so essentially you're saying that Jets fans who read this board shouldn't trust any opinions here about Dowell Logains, or Gase for that matter cuz fans opinions are most often unreliable?

Yeah, we all know what resources he's "arming" himself with … its called Old Spice Bearglove!

But in all seriousness … Here is the video of our new head coach Brian Flores with his recommended off-season workout.

Yeah but that cronie has been playing the east for how long? Could be one helluva an advantage.
