If You Owned The Dolphins....

I'd play nothing but metal songs at the home games all game long. I'd get rid of Grier and all the people that have been here thru all the bad years and start fresh.
That wouldn't go down well with the players lol.

I'd make myself head coach, and hire my buddy as GM (though I'd have control of the 53).

Practice would never start before 11 am, we'd suck, but I wouldn't care. It would be lots of fun.

Tannehill would be the starter for the next 10 years just to f*** with everyone.

If I owned the Phins I'd be a Billionaire. I'd pay whatever it took for Belichik to come on board as VP of Football Operations (still probably the equivalent of pocket change for me) and then I'd grab Sophea Vergara and head off to my Tahiti beachfront compound for more R&R.

If all the top edge rushers, QB's and OT's are gone, I would try to deal like JJ and stockpile picks. There are some very good linemen that should be available in the 20-40 range. It would nice to get two instead of one to add to our 48th pick.

I would sign Marino and the Mark brothers to play 1 game. Don’t care if we get beat 100-0. Just want to see those 3 back on the field one more time.

If I were the owner of the Miami Dolphins, I'd have never allowed for Bill Parcells to tell me how to run my team. He took Huizinga's money and ran into retirement, after he sold to Ross. Never trust a guy who always looks to be looking for greener pastures. As for Ross, I would have never allowed for Joe Philbin and Adam Gase to be allowed any authority to make calls on the players being brought in. He gave both too much power. And Lastly, I'd never would have allowed Mike Tannenbaum anywhere near my team at the expense of a very qualified employee in Dawn Aponte!!! From the beginning, I would have had ONE VOICE calling all the shots. The structure since Shula retired was not normal and set the franchise back 20 years. And to think I haven't even touched on Nick Saban and Jimmy Johnson's indecisiveness!!! Miami fans have been through the ringer. This change was waaaaay over due!!!

I'd sell it to a football genius, buy the Patriots, cut every decent player and the coaches, hire some clowns, draft some scrubs, offer them huge salaries, and then sell the Patriots to some idiot at 1/2 price.

Guess what ?
I'd still be rich, and I could watch the Dolphins kick the Pats asses every year for a long time.

I'd visit a nice massage parlor.

Honestly, would leave it to my football people and hope the right ones are finally in place.

That said, we all know you can't win in the NFL without a good quarterback. I would make sure my football people exhausted all possibilities in making a decision there.

If you owned the dolphins what moves would you make this offseason?

I know everybody is gonna say cut Tannehill, but I want to know who would you resign, draft with our 1st round pick, pick up in free agency, or trade for.

I would move up to 8 or 9 and move ahead of Denver for Drew Lock... I think he’s gonna be a star. Should only take a 3rd rounder per the draft trade chart... might have to sweeten a little.

I would Lock Howard up and spend the rest of my draft building around your QB...O-line primarily!

Probably look for cheaper hole fillers in free agency... unless you have a chance at an elite younger player who will part of the puzzle.

Zero big moves other than to inform the GM to trade back if the offer presents itself. Tank commander is Roduck. We draft OL and DL and fill the remaining holes with post draft cuts. I’d attempt to package Stills and Drake and see what the highest bid is. I’m building from the inside out.

Oh and yeah Tannehill is gone.

You can find talent anywhere the draft if you scout right , no need to tank for that , tanking is disgusting and for losers
