Ryan Fitzpatrick To Miami

Fitzpatrick walking into Dolphin stadium for all his haters.

We’ll start off 3-0, Fitzpatrick will be in MVP discussion and looking hot as ever, then by week 11 our rookie QB will be starting and we will be 3-7

So is he the sure starter wk1? Can he get beat out by a rookie or my boy Falk in camp?

So looking forward to his noodle arm
Weakest in the NFL

That money is not necessarily starting money. 2 years 11 million? 5 million is backup money nowadays

I am  my *** off. Is that smell from all those diapers full of **** from the "we are tanking" crowd? :chuckle:
At least I hope you all were wearing diapers otherwise you just **** your pants. :eyepop:

Like I said in the Taylor thread: the right way to go is to get a vet presence to raise your young'ens. Looking at the lumberjack of the NFL I am pretty sure we are going for Haskins or Lock in this draft. Both are more like Fitzpatrick. Wouldn't make sense to get Murray who is a different type QB. Both are also prospects who could use guidance from a vet.

Fitzpatrick is a Matt Moore on steroids. It will be an exciting roller coaster season from absolute highs to total devastation with FitzMagic at the helm. I tell you what: our receivers are licking their chops having a gunslinger like Fitzpatrick at QB.

Let's put that "we are tanking" to rest. It was never really an issue. It was a wet dream from some fans who live in fairy tales.

For those who simply cannot let go of Tannehill: look at it this way - they are both named Ryan.
I'm one of those tanking crowd … and you're right, I'm not happy about the move, and I agree that Fitzpatrick is Matt Moore on steroids. Well put.

Your prediction that this will be an exciting roller coaster with FitzMagic at the helm seems spot on to me. But I also know that Fitzmagic doesn't tend to start every game. For whatever reason the coaches always seem to go with the young guy when Fitzmagic starts running cold. The other shoe that worries me as a tanker, is that this move looks like we may reach for one of the bad QB's everybody is hyping up.

This QB draft reminds me a LOT of the one where everyone hyped up Jake Locker, Blaine Gabbert and Christian Ponder. Yeah, they all went in the 1st round too, not just Cam Newton who went #1 overall. So when I see Haskins, Lock, Jones and any QB not named Kyler Murray, I just keep thinking about that 2011 draft … and all those over-hyped products. Newton was legit … but the second best QB out of that draft was a 2nd rounder named Andy Dalton … and that's just not good enough for my tastes.

I'm hoping we successfully tank in 2019, despite the accurate description you have of Fitzmagic. And I'm hoping we don't draft a QB in 2019, which also seems unlikely. And I'm hoping, beyond hope, that we actually land one of those 3 actually elite QB prospects in 2020 … and avoid yet another decade of mediocrity.

The guy has a career 81 passer rating. Had 4 seasons where he threw more interceptions than TDs. In the great season he had last year, he was benched twice for a crab stealing pervert. He's gonna be 37 haha The tank is still in full effect unless we get 8 starters on the oline and dline from this upcoming draft. We just have to believe. Don't lose hope.

I think they draft Lock and let Fitz start this year so Lock does not get killed and can learn and be ready in 2020 when they get the free agents that can win. Let the process play out because its the only way to overcome the last 10 years of stupidity.
