Russell Wilson May Be On The Trade Block? Would You Want Dolphins Trade For Him?

Lol one may be green, one may be brown, but comparing Seattle’s and Miami’s offensive lines - they are both still turds.

Let’s not act like Russ has had it made in Seattle recently on offense. They had some peak years, but those have been gone.

He's had a great run game to fall back on. As well as a great defense. Miami has none of those, as well as crap oline. Pass.

I guess I never realized RW was elite. I like Wilson, he is a high character guy who works hard and is a great QB, but elite? I guess the definition of elite has gotten pretty watered down over the last decade or so. I would be willing to trade a first and later pick for him, but multiple firsts would be a definite no from me.

He's far from elite, Patrick Mahomes is already much better than him in his first year as a starter but Wilson has a ring and that's all that most people see or truly care about at the end of the day.

Marino was elite, but because of the ring situation will never be truly seen as an all time great even though he absolutely was, not everyone gets football is the ultimate team game, even some Dolfans who should know better considering we had the ringless GOAT at the most important position.

Excellent improvisational QB who benefited from strong running games and shut-down defenses to keep it close. He's a winner with a winner's mentality but he's in the "very good" pantheon of QBs , not among the "Elite." His particular skillset would be wasted in Davie. No way to justify more than a first and change for him given the Fins situation. Now if Goff, Trubisky or Wentz went down given the strengths of their teams, I can see him commanding better compensation - but not from the Fins.

JMHO, but ALL elite QBs make HOF. Not in? Not elite. In a bind, I may add 'nominated.'

I'd rather trade up for Haskins, Wilson is overrated and people will realize that if he dares to leave a running QB's paradise in Seattle.

Haskins is much more talented than RW with far greater upside, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he ends up a better pro than Murray and everyone else in the class.

Then there's the 2020 class to consider...

Haskins hasn’t even played a ****in down in the NFL yet stop with the foolish opinions

Dudes got a cannon and is about a half a foot taller and a decade younger than RW, I'd take my chances with that guy in the long run over a 30 y.o who in truth has been very shaky in the playoffs.

Pat Mahomes is a once a generation talent. No qb will be as good as him for many, many years.

Russell Wilson has carried a bad team to the playoffs, while leading them in rushing and being efficient.

This notion he's had those things to fall back on means little when he's the teams leading rusher and the defense fell off, hard. When he was young he was benefitting from the same running game and defense that went 7-9 the year before he got there.
