Russell Wilson May Be On The Trade Block? Would You Want Dolphins Trade For Him?

I'm just being as way out as another poster on this site.

Marino was elite, but couldn't get it done when it mattered. Yet we got some bashing Wilson when he has gotten it done when it matters.

Just curious. If you swapped RW's teams with Marino's, how many times do you think both would get it done?

Wilson will not be traded. Are you kidding me? He will remain in Seattle, trust me.

Russell Wilson is now a team killer - 4 year 140 mil that's 35 mil a year of a salary cap of 188 mil

If I was a teammate of his I would be demanding a trade right now

Seattle will suck, Wilson is not even close to the best in the league, maybe somewhere in the 5th to 10th range if he is lucky

What a greedy SOB

I remember reading the same nonsense about Brees’ contract. Looking forward to the day we finally land a legit QB, but dreading the threads when it comes to re-signing him, because there will no doubt be people arguing for letting him go in order to save some cap space.

I don't hype up Marino like the rest of ya'll.

He was an all time great thrower of the ball, but not the best qb of all time.

If he was so great he should've had better post season success since this thread is about bashing an elite qb because of his couple bad games in the playoffs.

Are you old enough to have watched him in his prime? We don’t hype him up he was an all time great. I don’t think you can say he was the greatest because he never won a chip but passing wise he was the best if not one of. Not sure why that isn’t worthy of hyping up

All time great win Super Bowls.

High end qbs look good in the regular season.

I’d trade our 2019 first and 2020 first + Reshad Jones for Russell Wilson.

Wilson is not their problem, he's an excellent QB and I liked him before ever taking a snap in the NFL due to his historically low INT percentage in college (ask my roommate lol).

My issue is with all the people that call him ELITE, now if you want to argue he's top 10 I have no problem with that, but he's probably closer to the bottom of the top 10 which does not make him elite in my book, but that's just me.

Also, people just brush off the fact he's had some horrible performances in the playoffs and the team has regressed since his second contract.

Sure his regular season stats are fantastic, but so are Phillip Rivers who I also consider highly overrated because he doesn't get it done in the playoffs like Eli (real Hofer) has.

Imo you have to be very special like a Marino or so far Mahomes to be considered elite without much playoff success, Wilson don't sling it like THAT.
to be real Seattle is good team or playoff team. There window have close far as winning SB. RW is top 7 qb in nfl
Context matters. I was answering a Tanny fanny.

Also, if you do not think that defense hasn't aged and some sent packing, nothing else I can say will matter. Seattle no longer has the youngest defense or a defense considered historic. That window was short and it has closed. See Sherman in San Francisco and Earl Thomas in Baltimore.

RW is tp 7 qb in NFL. That good enough for nfl. Seattle is not SB team but they good enough make playoff.

That’s scary? Ask about Daniel Jones lol

These last few pages are making my head spin. Drew brees isn’t elite ... yeah okay

Some QBs re writing the record books vs QBs who will be footnotes in History.

I agree it’s a huge blemish on his career record but football is 11 on 11 and some sorry QBs have won Super Bowls. Eli has won 2 no one in their right mind puts him in Marinos class imo
