Who's Your Pick For Most Improved Player

McMillan. 2 years after injury and better defense coaching.

Toss up between Raekwon, based on the way he improved throughout the season and Gesicki based on his off-season dedication. I hope the answer is "all of them" I could also expect a good jump for Baker, a year under his belt playing and working out should help tremendously!

The entire team may be improved from a fundamental standpoint, but may not be very good on the field, due to lack of talent? But my pick for the player/players who could be most improved; 1) Mike Gesicki - he's now in year 2 and knows what it takes to get through an NFL Season. He has apparently gained some much needed weight and mass. How that translates on the field is yet to be determined. The new coaching staff may be his biggest asset in his hopeful improvement on the field. Gase didn't use him properly in 2018, that's about to change in 2019. 2) Raekwon McMillan - he's now 2 years removed from his injury and with a years experience under his belt. He steadily improved in 2018 and I look for another step forward in his development in 2019. He may finally live up to the fans billing and expectations of him? Let's hope so!!!

McMillan is the logical anwser here, as he kept improving throughout the year and is known to be a leader/hard worker.

Ya if the rest of the roster were garbage, which it isn’t.

It’s an average roster with no QB. It’s not a 1-15 roster.

How many players on the Fins are above average in your opinion? I dont mean to be a downer here but outside of: Baker, McMillan, Fitzpatrick(the DB), Tunsil and Howard, who is long term building block above average on this roster?

Never mind the fact that Fins arent even picking in the top 10 of the draft.

Edit: In other words, Is there a whole unit you feel could be top 15 in the NFL in 2019?

I want to see Charles Harris step up and become an impact player for us. We need our D-line to become great and someone is going to have to start to show some serious glimmers this season if we want to shine in the near future.

My goodness...

I'm really trying to think of a player and I am having a hard time identifying anyone who seems like they will make a major improvement. This is good news though because it means the talent cupboard pretty ****ing bare and that 2 win total seems like a good probability.

McMillian seems like the most logical choice so I will go with him. This is more of a "I hope like hell we have a couple of pieces on D that are worth a ****".

Gesicki if could be if a Genie grants him a couple of wishes because that swole ass baby giraffe is just treading water at this level.

Can only HOPE McMillan takes a step forward.

As for Gesiki, I believe he will be ok in year 2. As I think we will see multiple TE sets alot this year giving him more opportunities of growth and development.
