I came home from Thailand to visit my mother in Nashville and go to the draft. But when I got here and figured the cost to go downtown-rent a car, pay for parking, getting something to eat-it just doesn't make sense. So now I am stuck in my mom's house watching it on TV. Her cable does not have the NFL Network, which I would prefer to watch, so I am stuck watching Mel Kiper on ESPN. I can only imagine how bad the coverage on ABC is going to be. Besides, without Mayock, I don't think NFLN is going to be all that good.

I am sorry to hear brother. Respectfully have to disagree on NFL Network. I am not sure who they have slated but it will probably be Daniel Jeremiah and or Charles Davis.

I voted ABC. As I explained in the traditions thread we camp during the the draft every year. I have a portable satellite but it won’t work at this site and cell reception probably isn’t good enough to stream. The HD antenna on the glamper is a beast and will easily haul in ABC.

Maybe I exaggerated a bit, but I prefer Mayock over Jeremiah. I like Davis. He was a reporter here in Nashville before going to NFLN, but still prefer Mayock.

NFLN for me. Can't stand kiper who seems to think HE invented the draft plus I really don't like espn. I'll be in the VIP chatroom of course and I'll make a prediction. As soon as the Dolphins are on the clock all 3 stations will go to commercial. We'll get the pick and they wiil talk about it for 20 seconds and forget about us real quick and move on to the next team on the clock.

None of the above for me the only draft coverage I need is in the VIP chat room. Between the great player breakdowns and the live back and forth discussions BSPN and Co. simply can't compete.

NFLNetworks coverage blows away ESPN on a yearly basis. I always flip back and forth but every year on day 2 and 3 it is not even a comparison.

ESPN is solid for the first 15-20 picks

I think this year the Bleacher Report is having an online show with the guys from the Stick to Football podcast. If I had to bet, id say this will easily be the best show.

Even without Mayock (a big loss) NFLN draft coverage is superior. They'll still have Charles Davis and Daniel Jeremiah who are better than what's on those other networks. Also, I only tune into ESPN when I want to be lectured on politics and racial identity.

Flipping the channel back and forth as usual.
