Miami is not trading up......they are stock piling picks for 2020. Now if a certain QB falls to 13 than they get their QB this year.

haskins will be there at 13 I hope. I like way he throw football. if not get best player available at 13 or trade down if they can. still need find qb w 3rd or 4th rd pick. Grier, Stidam or Jackson would be nice.
 
I would love Haskins, but I still think Miami would have to jump the Giants if they feel the same way.

Honestly, its also possible the Raiders take him at number three. They let scouts go home right around the time they were said to be interested in Haskins.
