Tom Pelissero - "dolphins Have Interest In Taking A Qb At 13"

Well, the Dolphins need a quarterback so it's pretty easy to connect the dots. That said, waiting until 2020 and building the trenches still makes the most sense to me unless Haskins happens to fall to #13. I think Miami might take Lock if he's there.
 
I like Jones, but not at 13.. Same with Grier.. They only QB's I'd be comfortable taking at 13 are Murray, Lock, Haskins in that order. Id be ok trading for Rosen with a 2nd.
 
What exactly has Josh Rosen done in college or is 1st year in the NFL to justify a pick in the first 3 rounds

147 qb rating his last year in college. 62% completion rate. 26 TDs 10 INTS. Not too shabby.
 
Rosen probably won't ever be a franchise QB. He's really still very raw and inconsistent with below average pocket presence. Sound familiar? I'd pass on him probably not take a QB until day 3 perhaps Easton Stick the ND state guy.
