Nope....used to be 15 but was reduced to 10 a few years back:

Only the first round is held on Thursday. It starts at 8 p.m. Eastern time, and each team has 10 minutes to make its pick. The second and third rounds are on Friday; rounds 4-7 are on Saturday. Teams get seven minutes to make picks in the second round, five minutes for regular or compensatory picks in rounds 3-6 and four minutes in round 7.

I'm from the UK too bro my guess is the Dolphins will be picking no earlier than 2am. Going to be a late one.
 
Just have to add the 2 TV set up is really paying off already
 
Jeffery Simmons DL, College Player

The Miami Herald reports the Dolphins have had "serious talks" about drafting Mississippi State DT Jeffery Simmons.
Any move would apparently not come at No. 13 but a trade down. There have been multiple Thursday reports about the Dolphins' interest in moving down. Simmons, who is recovering from a torn ACL and torn meniscus, is likely to miss the entire 2019 season. He also has a disturbing incident of violence against a woman in his past. It would not be surprising were Simmons to fall to day two.
 
If we trade down it could be a good choice he is comming off an injury tho, which is a bit worrisome
