Rosen Value?

I could never be mad at Dolphins for dishing a 3rd for Rosen. He was an elite prospect coming out barring his personality.

Would I do it? No, I'd keep my eyes towards 2020 and acquire talent elsewhere...but I don't have a "my way or you suck" attitude towards this FO stuff.
I trust this new FO and staff, if they want Rosen I will support it 100% but I dont want to do that. I thought we had a plan, 2020 QB... I liked that plan we need to build the trenches so badly

your not going build trenches in one draft

It takes longer to build the trenches when you trade your picks away for backup QBs
u only giving away one pick. that not going hurt u from drafting other player. ur not going hit on all pick anyway

He'd be the best qb we've had since Marino. Day 1 he would be better than Tannehill. He has a winning mentality, something RT17 never had.

I cant quite understand, how people think Rosen has no trade value. We got a 4th and a 7th for Tannehill. Rosen costs a 1/3 of the salary, and hasnt missed years with injuries. Tannehill is basically a backup. A 2nd round pick is great for Rosen. Last year arizona had a terrible team and with hardly any talent on it. It is crazy to think he has little value this year.

What has Rosen done in college or his 1st yr in the NFL to make you think he’s worth a 3rd? Just beacause he was highly touted coming out of HS doesn’t mean he will turn into a viable starter in the NFL.

What makes you think he has a winning mentality? It's not like he won a lot in college. If anything, he has underachieved.

I'd give up a 3rd. But qouldnt surprise me to see the Pat's give up their 2nd. (Assuming they have one). Worst case scenario is he is a failure, we wasted a 3rd round pick, but were set up for the ultimate prize of Lawrence in 2021

Rosen needs work. If he dont pan out in 2 to 3 years. Trevor lawrence is our guy.

This coach knows how much Belicheck values Rosen too, and he might be very interested. He might hate to see the Patriots finagle for the best quarterback in the AFC for another ten years.

Alot of oline depth in this draft, especially in the 2nd-3rd round. Throwing away picks for a guy who alot of people were never sold on coupled with his rookie season on tape....and the ask gets tougher.

If they trade for him, this franchise and our team is a cursed pox on all our houses

If our new coach has his Former boss living rent free in his head, we are truly screwed.
