With all the uncertainty for who will actually declare for the draft next year. The fact that we may win to many games to pick in the top 2 .Do you want to trade for Rosen?

Grab Rosen with the 4th and try and develop him. Grab a QB next year if Rosen doesn’t show promise.

With Ryan Fitzpatrick as our QB, there’s no guarantee where we will draft next year.

I think Miami needs to grab a QB this year no matter what. Whether Rosen or drafting a QB.

We've had some successes with third round picks, notably Drake, Vernon, and Baker since 2010. But during that time we also used 3rds for Tankersley, Jerry, Carroo, Turner, Will Davis, and Dallas Thomas. More misses than hits.

Consequently I'd be fine trading a 3rd for Rosen... a 4th would be a "no brainer"

NFL Rumors: Cardinals Ramped Up Josh Rosen Trade Push 'Minutes' Before Draft

The Arizona Cardinals reportedly amplified their efforts to trade quarterback Josh Rosen in the final "minutes" before selecting Oklahoma Sooners QB Kyler Murray with the first overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft Thursday night in Nashville, Tennessee.

On Friday, Robert Klemko of Sports Illustrated reported the Cards made contact with the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants and Washington Redskins about Rosen, but none of those teams were willing to offer a first-round pick for the No. 10 choice in the 2018 draft.

The Redskins had emerged as the favorite in trade talks with Arizona, but owner Dan Snyder and president Bruce Allen "were resolved not to give up anything close to a first-round pick," per Klemko.

Would go ahead and give a 2nd for him then put all my focus on OL, DL with our remaining picks. Unless of course there is value you cant pass on over OL or DL. .
Id say behind a decent OL Rosen is an upgrade over Fitz, kids mechanics and passing skills are tremendous.

A FIRST?! Damn, the Cardinals are deluded.

They may wind up being stuck with him based on wanting that sort of return. Obviously there is a gulf between what they think he is worth and their complete and utter lack of leverage in this situation.

Yea Omar Kelly has run with this narrative of “Rosen has been available for a third since the combine and nobody has wanted him”

Bullshit

Cardinals have not wavered off wanting a first since Murray declared and ultimately that is why he is still on the team.

The price will drop significantly now and there are two less suitors with Haskins/Jones picks.

I still maintain had they asked for a second from the jump the trade would of already happened . . . .now they may have to settle for a third.

It didn't hurt trying. The Cards just trying to get back what they spent.

Now with 2 of the 3 teams out of the mix, Giants-Jones and Redskins-Haskins, the Dolphins are in the front runner.

I imagine another team or two might jump in.

I'd laugh Arizona out the building asking for that.

Did not want him last year, even with Tannehill still here. And still do not want Rosen.
