Pft - Miami Close To A Deal For Josh Rosen (merged)

I really hope this is an Anthony Barr situation. That's unusually high. We're going to be passing up a lot of very talented players.

Yes, we better be getting one of Zona's late pics or else Grier got taken for a ride. Noo way would i give a 2nd round for Rosen at this stage of the negotiations without getting some other draft pic in return.

Remember guys it's only hearsay. I don't feel that our FO will go for it.

Guy is worth the 48 all day everyday. Very much a steal at that price but of course a few talking heads saying a third was the asking price has gotten people stuck on that number.

Fine tune it Grier.
I understand what your saying. But it gets questionable if Miami passes on a QB in 2020 for a guy with questionable personality traits. Those 2020 QB's are head and shoulders better than Rosen.

No way for a 2nd...
Not only no competition for him we can leverage Lock
Fins have to be in the driver seat here and it appears we are letting a bumbling GM in AZ throttle us
better not be true
I would say 4th what we got for RT & stick to it

Worse than the loss of the pick is the loss of time and energy we spend on him. He will never be a top 10 QB.

I was wondering if the Pats could be offering a 2, since they have multiple 2nd rounders.

I always thought NE and SD were major players for Rosen. I think a second is very good value for whoever gets him.

I would of been ecstatic for a third, but I figured that was too good to be true.

There are o-linemen and corners in the 2nd that I wanted..... those are huge needs. I’d rather focus on those in the 2nd.

Hes walking into the same situation he did in Arizona and he was atrocious. We are giving up a 2nd that could be used to fix this trash oline. This is a terrible move unless we get the first overall pick but why give up the 2nd to do that.

There is no one bidding on this guy right now and we're just going to throw them a 2nd round pick.

Stats aside Rosen looked like hot garbage last year, he seems more polarizing than Tannehill...god ****ing dammit.
