Pft - Miami Close To A Deal For Josh Rosen (merged)

I actually suspect Flores has real potential. Not that he will ever be given a good team

But trusting the same idiots that ran the roster into the ground to rebuild it is madness
Every rookie head coach has potential. Never liked the Flores, especially since it was Grier's decision.

No top notch gm, no top notch coach, no top notch qb = We Are Stuck In Mediocrity

Whether this is true or not, reading the comments about Rosen the past few days, you would think he beat his GF. Damn. A 2nd? Is it too high? Only time will tell. Nobody knows what Arizona is thinking, nor what the rest of the league is currently. Bottom line is they could draft a guy at 48 and he could be a bum. They could trade it for Rosen and he could bust. WE DON'T KNOW. So many people on here take all the fun out of being a fan. Get a new hobby. Jesus, it's not the end of the world. Go kiss your spouse, hug your children. Anything about any draft is unknown. Talk about wasted energy.

I don't either, but got to remember that Dan Marino was one of the biggest assholes around... He still is.

That being said, Rosen gives me kind of a Cutler vibe and I could see his career mirroring his... which would mean another wasted decade.
could you imagine the uproar here if FH was around in 83 about drafting an asshole and cokehead??

Why not just roll with Fitzpatrick this season and draft a QB in the 1st round next year when there are better prospects? If they trade a 2nd round pick for Rosen, that probably means they are in it for the long haul with him. It will be a Tannehill situation all over again.

Dolphins/Grier do it again....who's going to defend Grier now???

For the record, nothing is won or lost today.

If we get Rosen for a 7th round pick and he never plays a down, it’s still a loss.

If we get Rosen and win a super bowl in a couple years, we could’ve given up 2 firsts and it would still be a win.

Everyone wants us to keep our 48th pick.

Marino grabbed opportunity by the balls and showed what he was made of. I'll be so happy when the day comes our players and coaches quit being compared to outliers to make fans feel better.
