Pft - Miami Close To A Deal For Josh Rosen (merged)

I don't see the point in getting worked up over a rumor. The cardinals want people talking about Rosen. How convenient it is Miami would want him at 48. Drive up the price for others

I'm not saying I want Rosen, but if the bargain is available, take it. I don't think anything is a bad move if the move creates value. Stills is a commodity, Parker is an "if". Trade an "if" for an "if", not a second round pick that is a starting OL or CB

Rosen's immaturity is a real issue, he proved it again today; when he unfollowed the Cardinals on social media. I agree with everything Steve Smith said on NFLN. The kid is a cancer and certainly not a leader. But a talented kid. Just say NOOOOOO!!!

Why is unfollowing a team that you’re not going to be playing for a sign of immaturity?

I think you have a better shot at a top 5 pick with fitz than you do rosen. At least a better shot at the #1 overall pick.

This fitz takes you out of tank commander mode stuff is imo laughable.

I think Fitz being a bomber ala Matt Moore will win 4-5 games on sheer big plays.
Add that OL into play - Rosen will be dreadful. His QBR I’m pressured plays equaled spiking the ball per BJx.
That being said, 3rd Rd for me and heck give the kid a roll of dice. Maybe the Az coaching lat year was the problem.

Didn't you know? Social media is a sign of not only maturity, but popularity and how talented you are. I mean, if you are not an "influencer" (I still don't know WTF that is) than what are you.

Well I love that during the draft the Cards are literally "on the clock" and Miami holds all of the...cards. JEEZ SO MANY WORD PUNS.

Joking aside, I do hope Rosen winds up in a Miami uniform. Hopefully for less than a 2nd, but man if he lives up to his first round billing what a steal.

How does unfollowing the team on social media prove he’s immature... who gives a flying F*^# if he unfollowed the cards... players have spoken positively about his leadership skills, does that not count for anything?? Or should we just judge him on how he handles his social media accounts?? I really hate social media

Not necessarily, I think he has handled it pretty well. Also you have no idea what their Fo and Staff have told him. Guy was given one season and dumped like a bad habit. He deserved more than a season to show what he can be. Who comes right into the league and lights it up. Fact is AZ is in full belief that Murrey is their savior. But who really knows.

I have mixed feelings. A second rounder seems too high. Also, I'd have ranked him third in this quarterback class behind Murray and Haskins. Why not just take Haskins if you are considering Rosen that high?
