Good Bye

I mean I’m from the area so I can’t root for any other team but I won’t hate on you.

The funny thing is the vip guys saying “bye”. Like y’all pay extra money to talk about the most retarded franchise in the nfl.
 
What gets me, is that these people sat through 7 years with the last guy but won't even give the new guy one game. This is the start of a new era, like him or not we got Rosen for tremendous value, when you take into account the peanuts we are paying for him. Worst case scenario is he stinks up the place next year, so what does that do for us, it gives us pole position for one of the best QB prospects in recent years. I don't get why folks are so pissed off, the 2019 season was always going to be a **** show, you have to accept it and embrace the long term goal.

Let's just see how this plays out a little.

I was willing to give Chris Grier a fair shot. However getting swindled by the Cardinals by giving up a 2nd round pick for a guy who more than likely won't even be on the team in 2020 is just inexcusable. Sorry I am not buying the notion that throwing away picks now because you have a bunch of picks next year is a great strategy. This team needs all the picks they can get. What will we be saying when they are picking one of the top QBs in 2020? How many are still going to be praising Grier if he trades Rosen away for a 6th round pick in 2020.

I think it is time to take a break from this. Tonight has pretty much ruined this draft for me. Oh well at some point the team will hire competent people. Right?

I'm not with the idiots of this thread. Rosen is by far the most talented QB we've had since Marino. Not sure what all of the whining & crying is about. It was for a 2nd round pick in a year we're going to win 3 to 4 games by design. We also gained another 2nd round& 5th round pick in next year's draft in acquiring him. We now have 13 picks next year to make waves & truly build this team. Grier is taking the Cubs/Astros approach in building this thing & I love it.

What games were you watching or statistics you can point to, to make the Claim he is the best since Marino..... Rosen was trash last season and his team just bailed on him after 1 season...

Blind optimism is what gets franchises stuck in 20 plus years of mediocrity
