Dude, this draft is complete garbage. The Phins got three UDFA values in first three rounds.
This team is not even competitive on draft day, in spite of so many idiot GMs participating. We are in the 30s of 32 after these 2 days.
I've had enough. You must be a very unhappy individual IRL but there's no reason I have to suffer. You are officially on Ignore

He can't even troll correctly.....getting 3 UDFA in the first 3 rounds doesn't put you 'in the 30s' out of 32....it puts you 32, period. But I guess there were three teams getting 3 UDFA in the first round this year.

That's where we are at, around 32.

I didn’t like the trade with the Saints. But knowing now what the Dolphins had planned, it was pretty damn good strategy. You don’t want to deal #48 for Rosen, so you trade #48 for Rosen and a 2020 second round pick. I realize that there were other picks involved, but still, this is a really smart move.

I love the Wilkins pick more today than I did yesterday, now that we have Rosen in the fold.

That's pretty much where I was, as I didn't like the Saints trade at the time - but, then more details rolled in (some with corrections) and the bigger picture became clear with Josh Rosen. I'm pretty happy to land a QB of his talent and caliber for what we paid, not to mention how cheap is for us (3 years for like $6 million or so).

It's been a great draft so far. Really like Wilkins and Deiter, those two are nice building blocks for the trenches. I really can't complain with this draft, especially once the smoke cleared and we got a talented QB at a cheap price for a one year audition, and possibly a bright future.

Have to give Josh Rosen a chance, and I will happily oblige to do just that. Even if people didn't like the moves or our draft thus far, you have to grudgingly admit the Dolphins will at the very least be entertaining to watch this year.

I think I get what you're doing now. They say laughter is the best medicine so really you're just looking out for the health and well being of all the members of finheaven. God bless you sir.

Christian WIlkins is another Vincent Taylor. That's UDFA value.
Dieter is a tackle who played a little center and will be moving to guard. A projection. UDFA value.
Rosen, is garbage. Can't play. UDFA value.

Nothing elite in this draft, all UDFA values.
Your posts are UDFA quality, but less value.

The nice thing about this strategy is that if Rosen plays well, we don’t have to agonize over every win taking us out of range for Tua, Herbert, or Fromm. We can actually potentially enjoy having a young QB perform, knowing we have him locked up for 3 years, with tremendous cap space, and 5 picks in the first 3 rounds of the 2020 draft. And we won’t have to expend those 5 picks to move up for one of the QBs. Instead, we can focus on adding 5 more solid, cost-controlled players to the roster. I’m almost feeling optimistic.

I gave it a B. Solid players and potential franchise QB but the value was just okay on everything. I'd like to know who else was in the bidding for Rosen because they had zero leverage for getting a 2nd and a 5th. A 4th should've done it, honestly.

Not upset or jumping for joy. Kind of what I was expecting.

Didn't you say good bye in another post? If so, go already.

Where is the A+?

Because that's what this was.
I considered A+ obsolete but I guess I was wrong.
For GPA purposes, A and A+ are usually equal, but A+ is a rarer grade. Sometimes,A+ is used for 96 and higher. ... So to answer your question: A+ is equaled to more than 4.0 GPA (I do not know if it is 4.3), it is rare and probably depends on your professor, but it is definitely not obsolete.

Said "A-" only because I feel they could have spent a bit less to get Rosen (Arizona paying most of his salary mitigates it some, though)...HOWEVER...Love the 1st round pick, dig Rosen (was my favorite QB last draft), and love the 3rd round pick. Great result. We just gonna need some folks drilling Rosen on how to read the defense faster...and he'll be great.

I can usually ignore your posts. This makes sure of it.

I am at a solid B right now, loved the Wilkins pick but have a hard time accepting that passing on Haskins was the right thing to do. The whole Rosen thing, when you take into account the trade down worked out pretty well though. I know nothing about Dieter so can't comment on him but he did fit our most glaring need, I would have taken Edoga there instead, hope they know more than me. Don't like that we don't have a 4th rounder now though.

1. Wilkins
2. Rosen + 2020 2nd rounder
3. Dieter

Three starters, one of them a potential franchise QB, one of them the new leader of our defense, and one of them our new LG... plus a 2nd rounder in 2020.

They NAILED this.
