Would have preferred Omenihu or Hollins :bang:

But he looks like the usual Pats pick.

Probably not. He's a 4-3 bull in a china closet type player. While he tested well, i wouldn't want him schemed to drop a lot. That's not him.

You referring to winovich? I think he’s a 34 olb. North south and lateral. Not projection off ball lb sometimes and rush lb sometimes that’s why I couldn’t find the value for Miami schematically with him in tbe first 2 days.

I honestly dont know much about this guy. I wish we would have taken the Alabama center (who was picked a few picks later). But, like i said dont know much about this guy so I wont comment on this kid.

If the 3-4 scheme had him predominantly at the line, then i'd be ok with it. But to me dropping him in space or having him read/react is taking away what makes him successful....kamikaze effort and instant hand usage to beat the guy at the snap.

I think from here on out, I like players who do one specific thing very well.

Mack Wilson’s a good athlete but I think his feel for the position is missing.

At this late stage of the game...what type of player are you looking for?

Some of your assessments have been head-scratchers.

Van Ginkel has a crazy motor, just needs some more strength on his frame so he can hold his own. Should be a special teamer this season and then move into the situation rush role next year.

Me too but if we are taking the same position you gotta trust Grier and Flores board to fit this defensive scheme that they are instilling.

With the 1st round guys you take BPA, but here in these late rounds you plug specific fits.

Wonder if Emmanuel Hall makes it to our next pick, or if we would pick any wr at all? at this point its kinda bpa.. I'd be happy with another OL or DB for sure though

Yeah pretty much anyone taken in the 6th round is going to have at least one flaw, if they did everything well they'd be picked higher.

And if anyone brings up Tom Brady, his flaw is that he's a massive bellend.
