1. Wilkins DT Starter
2. Rosen QB Starter
3. Deiter OG likely Starter LG
5. Van Ginkel OLB rotational Edge, possible long term replacement for Alonzo.
6. Prince RT possible starter, likely backs up first year
7. Cox FB, rotational player for life
7. Gaskin RB, lifetime committee back

Hard to dislike this draft, look for 3 or 4 UDFAs DBs, and several Edge players signed by Tuesday.

I'm pretty happy with this draft. Now we hope for the best.

Weird draft in one sense; it will be defined by the 2nd round, not the first. If Josh Rosen turns out to be the answer at QB that will be amazing value for a late 2nd rounder. Otherwise we acquired an asset to guarantee we can pick a top QB next year.

I cant see why all 7 won't make roster and actually play. Of course, our roster wasn't that hard to crack, but still it seems like a good group-- lots of talent, all from good programs.

But yes, Rosen should define this draft unless Wilkins becomes an All-pro.

LEt me put it his way,

I don't know if anybody from this draft will be an All-Pro candidate (though Wilkins and even Rosen have that potential) but this was truly a culture changing draft.. Yes we say it all the time, but this draft more than ever, was built around becoming more smash mouth... and surprisingly the focus was more on offense than defense. Though both pieces we added on D do have good potential and add versatility.

This is just the first draft during this rebuild. Next draft is going to be a lot of fun. Tons of picks and cap space. I’m totally fine with sucking and getting the 1st pick. If Rosen shows promise I would sell that 1st pick for a kings ransom.

You should also add that they added a 2020 2nd round pick and are only on the hook for 20% of Rosen's salary.
Even if Rosen does not pan out he was worth the salary risk.

Agreed, I'm high on that trade. Very little cost with potential for huge reward.

NFLN masturbating over Pats draft as per usual, what gets me is that no one mocked that wideout in the first round anywhere, yet somehow he's a can't miss prospect. They got great value in Chase Winovic, I hated that pick from our perspective, but to me outside of that pick it's meh.

The guys they drafted are not that good.
Winovich. Gary and Bush are all overrated. They all played mediocre in the big games against Ohio State and Notre Dame.
Brown, Campbell and Metcalf are better WRs than Harry.
Harris is slow with little wiggle.

As A UF fan, I can say they did not impress me in the Bowl game against the Gators.

now sign ziggy ansah from free agency , that's your defensive end

1. Wilkins DT Starter
2. Rosen QB Potential Starter with large question marks
3. Deiter OG likely Starter LG
5. Van Ginkel OLB Likely special teamer who may see some playing time as a backup
6. Prince RT Definite backup who is a raw talent, may make the roster and hopefully be developed over time
7. Cox FB, rotational player for life
7. Gaskin RB, Unlikely to make the roster, possible lifetime committee back
I just edited your list since it was pretty well organized. The bold orange is my assessment, the rest are where I agree with your original assessment. I see 2 starters, with the big question mark being how Josh Rosen does. IMHO, rounds 5 through 7 did not produce any starters on offense or defense, with the FB being situational and van Ginkel being mostly a special teamer, Prince a project, and Gaskin fighting for a roster spot. Different point of view. Frankly, I hope yours turns out to be right.

I think Prince starts at right tackle if they motivate him... he has the tools
