Rosen Press Conference

He handled himself well out there, I can see how he won the home run derby in ARI because he slamed all the curve balls in the PC... Im actually surprised he didnt anwser the stupid questions with stupid anwsers, that does show alot of maturity actually.

If you need someone younger to call you mister in order to feel respected, you've got self esteem issues...

It's not that I need it or anyone else needs it to feel respected.....it's that kids either think or are being raised to think (by poor parenting or parents who want to be their "friends") that they don't need to show any respect to older people and people that are their parent's age. And I'd be willing to guarantee you in most cases that translates into teens who talk back to their parents and insult them to their faces. So, again, it's not that the older person needs it but the younger person should be raised to do so and when they don't it just leads to the chances they wind up being more entitled, spoiled brats.

Thats actually a fair point, but calling someone Mr. are just words. These days, those practices are mostly gone, at least where I come from, and plenty of young men will show you alot of respect even if if they dont necessarily call you Mr. Anyhow, I apologize for my initial comment about "self esteem"... Might have been a bit harsh on my part.

Two articulate posters having a reasonable conversation on the internet. How refreshing! Nice going guys.

Who was the idiot that asked about being traded for pennies on the dollar? Since when is a second round pick pennies on the dollar?
When you were a top 10 pick for a team and that team turns around and trades you the following season.

You mean the team that hired a fired college coach with a losing record, no NFL coaching experience and a gimmicky system that obviously has never been proven successful or else he never would have been kicked to the curb? They sound like great decision makers LOL

I'm just stating a fact that he WAS traded for pennies on the dollar. I wasn't being critical of Rosen.

How long have you been a fan of the Dolphins? You're over here talking about "great decision makers".

I think a lot of the issues with the beat writers has to do with the fact that they lost their main source when Gase was fired and are now in the dark. Mando literally tweeted that the Dolphins were not going to trade a second round pick for Rosen only to see the trade completed an hour later. Omar also went on WQAM on Friday morning and said there was no way we would trade for Rosen. Whoops. These guys are lost without Gase leaking them stuff.

Is that you Omar?
Lol. So Rosen wasn't traded for pennies on the dollar? A little sensitive aren't you? Isn't part of the reason Miami is being praised by the national media for the trade is because they got Rosen for pennies on the dollar?
