Agreed. Also, I think even amongst those of us who have our doubts, we would think that not giving Rosen an audition in a meaningless season would be a waste. One way or another, Rosen should get multiple games under center to prove whether he is worth building around or not. If the answer is no, so be it, and let's get one of those 3 QB's in 2020. But to leave the question unanswered in a season destined to miss the playoffs …. would seem like we're missing an opportunity.

Agree again. But not starting Roden until week 4 is not the same as no starts at all. Yeah, give him a shot, and I'm confident they will.
 
Only a beat down fan base would start Fitz over Rosen.

There's no value in waiting. NFL is the Now Football League.

Nobody has a perfect O-line. 2019 is the ideal time to play the young guys.

100% - and beyond that... it's the kid's second year, and his competition is Ryan Fitzpatrick.

He should start, he will start, and if he's not starting by week 6...well I'll have some serious doubts about Flores AND/OR Rosen.
 
Last night I spoke to a 50yd line Cardinals season ticket holder who said "get him an Oline and he won't disappoint...dont **** him over like we did!"

Oh, yes. We definitely need to give Rosen some consecutive starts, at least 6 in a row I'd imagine. No other way to really evaluate him prior to the next draft. My guess is that he gets 12 starts, beginning with game 5.
