This is the first time I've seen this video and I have watched a lot of videos on Rosen.
This was hands down the best! If you haven't watched it its worth your time.

I feel like we looked and gift horse In the mouth and won. Even more Ironic, Arizona was the team that pretty much ended the Tannehill era. Maybe this will be Karma at its best! I certainly feel good about the QB position.

Look for the Easter Egg near the end :) another sign from the football gods haha.
If this has been posted- I missed it and apologize for the redundant posts.

why is he considered a worse option than Fromm, Herbert or Love? Ponderous!!!
Because what we paid for him wasn't quite as efficient in value as it should have been, given our outwardly speculated and consensus driven plan? Therefore, our FO still sucks! That, and we are the Dolphins. Therefore, we can never by clever or fortunate. If we do appear to be either, there must be some hidden aspect we don't yet know about. However, someone will certainly suggest it exists until we can all tell ourselves it does. ;)

Fromm, Herbert and Love don’t have the weight of a failed rookie season and immediate exit from their team hanging around their necks. The upcoming draft classes have to prove they can succeed in the NFL, Rosen has to prove he doesn’t suck like last year while having to prove himself as well.

Except they're expensive unproven college QBs who haven't been through 4 playbooks and 2 pro OCs and and the 32nd best OL in the league. I would say that Rosen's relative "suckage" seemed to be far less than that of his OL, his receivers, the HC and the playbooks running Johnson up the middle. So everything's relative.

Sorry but you comments clearly show your ignorance of the facts of his rookie season.

His numbers were on a par with fellow top ten picks Sam Darnold & Josh Allen...despite being in the worst situation a rookie could land in.

By mid season all five starting O-lineman were on IR...and he didn’t start till game 4....as a result he was sacked more than any QB in the league...15 more times than any other rookie.... under constant pressure.

His OC was fired early on... and he had a rookie OC.

The Cardinals were a mess and no one could have saved that team... look at the Packers record last year with Aaron Rodgers...you can’t do it alone, a pocket passer has to have a line.

Granted... he still has to prove he can win, but to suggest he sucked is more than unfair to say the least.

I saw a helluva passer when he had some time...the healthiest his team was came in his first game early on, he nearly upset Seattle... if his receivers had not dropped so many passes... and his coaches hadn’t bridled him I think he would have pulled it out.

Rosen is a steal ! It's almost like it's too good to be true. I know alot of our fanbase still hasn't bought in yet. I can't blame them after all the crap we've endured. However we went from having no QB to a young QB with Alot of upside. Soo he had a bad rookie season. Part of it was his fault the rest is on the Cardinals. They were a complete mess last year. Now I'm not giving our team a great grade either. We have some work to do. What if QB isn't a problem anymore tho?! Isn't it exciting lol This is why we watch the sport. I'm rooting for Rosen to come out and light the league up. He has a chip on his shoulder and times like this are what you need in life to grow. GO PHINZ !!!

These Former NFL QB’s got it right!

McShay says Rosen would have been QB1 in the 2019 draft on his board.

We got lucky... this is the love child of Bob Griese and Dan Marino... extremely intelligent with an amazing arm.

I’m excited... because I believe we have found him... and now we can spend all those picks next year building around him.

Despite what many say... there are some quality pieces on this team.... I like our running backs.... we have a franchise left tackle who may very soon be the leagues best... we have a shut down corner...we have an awesome safety....If we do well in the 2020 draft... This team becomes a contender in 2020.

No ignorance of the adversity he faced in AZ on my part, really. I have seen this show before. Rosen and Tannehill’s NFL stories are very similar. I am one of the biggest advocates of QB protection and coaching stability on this site. I dare say if Miami had successfully shored up the OL and coaching, Tannehill may still be the QB here. The FO didn’t do that, leading to injury and tons of potential never truly realized. In the end Tannehill had to go because Miami was never going to be able to provide what he needed for success and he didn’t have what it took to overcome.

Enter Rosen. A kid who was unsuccessful facing very similar adversity as Tannehill, coming to a team with many questions on the OL, poor TE play, spotty running game, an undersized WR core coming off significant injuries, one perpetually injured WR and a rookie head coach. How is this much different than what he had in AZ? Even if Rosen has what it takes, will it even matter in Miami? This is why his results in AZ are 100% relevant and should not be written off.

As to Rosen performing about the same as Darnold and Allen, I wouldn’t really consider that a good thing, as the only QB to impress last year was Mayfield. At best, Darnold and Allen have shown a few flashes, but were lackluster overall. Tannehill and even Henne had done as much.

I do find the willingness of fans to suddenly ignore the QB’s culpability in a bad season due to other team weaknesses rather humorous, especially after the last seven years of doing the exact opposite on this site. I am willing to give Rosen a chance, but the gushing over him and the “next Marino” comments are just ridiculous. Can we tone it down a bit until he at least takes one snap in a real game?
