This kid is gonna big a huge part of this defense. He's gonna be very colorful. :chuckle:

His jersey's are gonna fly off the shelf,especially with Wake gone.

Depending on Coach Flores and staff. Rosen giving the team some much well deserved good luck. And obviously injuries. Dolphins could have an interesting year. Unfortunately we seem to be lacking any real pass rush.
 
It's like retreating in time 46 years or more. That's what Dolphin draftees always sounded like when I was a kid. I took it for granted. Amazing how the franchise itself loses track of priorities from time to time. Dion Jordan was hardly the first example. When we took Darryl Carlton in the first round in 1975 I couldn't believe it was the Dolphins doing it. Carlton looked and sounded like a human void.

Let's see, we exchanged roster #97 from Jordan Phillips to Christian Wilkins.

It was funny that on draft day, I was telling my daughter after she got home from school that we drafted Wilkins. (I believe in drafting safe picks early on so we don't have another Dion Jordan situation.) She was like, aren't you really happy Dad? This is the guy you wanted. At first, I was a little confused until she reminded me that when we were watching one of the Clemson games last year and Wilkins was making all kinds of plays I was telling her that I would love to have him as a Dolphin. I am glad she reminded me. I had completely forgotten how good I was at scouting players. ;-) LOL!

Seriously, I am with you guys. I know we haven't seen him play, but so far I like what I see. What I am excited about the most is he seems like a natural leader. That should raise the bar!
 
Can fans stop giving him the finger up and trying to jump with him? I can only see that ending badly.


That being said, when I see him for the first time out at a bar in Ft. Lauderdale, you best believe I'm jumping
