New Pieces Coming Together On Offensive Line

I totally agreed with you. only the Dolphins official site would write this. **** its OK to be hyping but "pieces coming together" in mid May? rookies blocking air tells them this?

Highly doubt that the "ADDITIONAL" evaluations are being made now from the rooks blocking air. Kind of think there has been a significant amount of time and energy put into just the decisions made as to who to even bring in here.

See more focus on OL with this current organization than the last few orgs. combined.
True, very early to know yet what we actually have, good or bad.

Personally IMO we are better off now, than last years team (which doesn't take a huge effort for improvement.

See possibly (JMO) LT. Tunsil... LG. Dieter...C. Barron....RG. Reed or Dunn... and RT thinnest spot but Dunn, Mills, Prince at minimum an upgrade over a semi on the field Jujaun. Plus a few other participants who could also surprise...
At minimum it should be a hell of a lot better than Rosen has experience in the pros...
I mean we can't fix all our areas of need in 3 months, or even one year but it's nice to see a staff schooling all the would be Forum GM experts

Oh and last but not least hopefully a coaching staff with a clue (for a nice change).

Flores, " we're going to be a tough, physical team."...... In my short limited view of the OL guys they picked up are highly physical and not of the tiptoe through the tulips system type players

So you don't see Davis as a starter on thew line anywhere. I believe he will be the starting RG, imo. But, we shall see

No doubt. And "IF" Rosen is our man, I can see 2 O-Lineman in the first 3 rounds.

5 top 100 picks... could be more if Rosen is “IT” and we get a kings ransom to trade down...could easily be 7 top 100.... we can build this team with that!

Not a big fan of Davis. Think of the previous OL he can be considered adequate but I'm not looking or expecting the new OL to be on that poor of a level...

Even with some of the rookies I'm guessing we are improved. Now is the improvement adequate, thats still to be seen. But I think we have people who are actually good at what they do and just the fact of showing the amount of interest the OL is getting this early is refreshing and one more added addition in getting a read on our new organizations abilities...

Oh , add Calhoun in there at RG too...LT. Tunsil... LG. Dieter...C. Barron....RG. Reed, Calhoun or Dunn... and RT thinnest spot but Dunn, Mills, Prince

I think Miami rides with what they have, unless another option shakes loose before the season starts. Kilgore is the one guy I think will eventually be cut or released. This Barron kid, seems like a potential find. I agree Tunsil and Deiter become the long term solutions on the left side. It's looking more like the team will, once again, invest a relatively high draft pick for a RT or Center/Guard type in 2020.

Find it really hard to be optimistic. I guess will see if the change in QB improves anything, despite the poor quality of the line...

I think it’s important they scheme ball control and play action since the line is likely to be a bit deficient in pass pro this year.

In terms of our OLs "exposure" and QB security etc., as always manageable down and distance are
really important -- that means keeping penalties to an absolute minimum -- getting some positive
yards on 1st down -- maintaining balance and not being cookie cutter predictable -- keep the D
guessing to a degree (all related to play-calling as well as game-planning).

That said, at least for now -- I fully expect the OL to be notably improved and by season end
a fairly solid unit. As others have noted, we need a monster C to have a really good/great OL.
I'd expect that position and OT to be a priority in '20.
