What's your honest opinions of AJ Terrel Slimm?

He's Clemson's #1 this year. I'm excited to see what he's capable of now that Mullen isn't around.

I think he looks virtually identical to Mullen on tape. Long, physical press corners with ball skills. Both two of the best face-up finishers and tacklers at CB I've seen. I think Terrell looks like he can explode out of his pedal and click and close on the ball just a tick faster than Mullen. Just barely. I think Terrell has slightly better technique.

I've seen Mullen have a tendency to get a little too high in his transition from backpedal to turn and run and get off balance - it should be over at that point. But he still ended up picking the pass off because of great ball skills.

Thoughts on Trajan Bandy?

Anyone else in UM's secondary that catches your eye?

I will not be surprised to see Miami's pick come from this group at the top, particularly if Josh Rosen proves to be the guy going forward. This front office loves Ohio State players, and Okudah is their type of corner.

Bandy is one of the best slot CB's I've seen, which is why he's here.

Romeo Finley is the other guy in Miami's secondary that caught my eye.

Bandy is a straight up baller. I can't remember the last time I wanted a Cane on the fins as badly as I want Bandy. His gamer mentality is awesome to watch. I'll miss him as a Canes fan.

It’s the instincts and feel for routes and how they develop that really stand out about him.

I recently read an article online about players from different conferences around the country. 2 CB's on your list stood out on the PAC 12 List . Utah CB Jaylon Johnson, who was noted for his physicality in the run game and his upside. Stanford University CB Paulson Adebo was noted for his upside due to still being a bit raw, but it was emphasized how he "Mirrors" his man in coverage. An attribute that is very intriguing. The last time I saw a CB prospect that was noted for his ability to "Mirror", was when Pro Football Weekly said the same thing about former Dolphin Sam Madison who was from Louisville. What do you think of these 2 CB prospects? I'm going to watch as much of these 2 kids as I can; over the college season because, they sound like players that could interest Miami.

Obviously I view Jaylon Johnson pretty highly considering where I've had him ranked here. Utah has a heck of a football team - especially on defense. They have quite a few guys who are going to be playing Sunday football soon. Johnson is a kid I believe will remain in my top 5 underclassman CB's. That's probably his floor.

I rate Adebo a little more moderately, but he can run and cover and still has plenty of upside. He was tested a lot last year which is why he ranked #2 in the country in passes defended only behind Bryce Hall. I'd look for teams to throw more the other way this year on Stanford's other corner.

Thanks Slimm, I was looking forward to your reply. I'm going be up late on Saturday nights watching these kids. Everything about them seems to be exciting, in terms of talent.

Not sure how to order them at this point, but I love your Top 4, and each of them has the talent to pay off a Top 20 pick. When was the last time we saw 4 CB's 6'0"+ CB's with that kind of athleticism? Adebo is the only one who didn't test like an elite athlete in HS, and I think he's likely much more athletic than that testing indicates. I like checking HS tests to see if someone is already a great athlete, but I don't get down on guys for not testing well. DK Metcalf and Greedy both ran 4.7 40's in HS, and, of course, both ran in the 4.3's in Indianapolis.

Adebo's acceleration looks below average for a NFL corner the UCF game alone drops him to a 3rd rounder.
