Tank Still Not 100% Healthy....will He Ever Be?

If you are not available, you cannot be an asset the team...period. Just move on, unfortunately the career is over.

his impressive run that we use as a reference point was really only a handful of games at most half a season where he played relatively well, beyond that he's been very bad.

his bad is far worse than his best and top that with the injuries...not holding out hope

ACL is a huge injury, this isn't much of a surprise

I don't think Baker fits the D that the Dolphins are going to run now. Maybe he will be able to transcend this, but I have my doubts.
Do you have specific reasons you can articulate?

I ask because I disagree completely. He's smart, fast, and by all accounts, very coachable. Seems like a guy Flores can find a spot for to me.

Will be an interesting decision going forward.

In my understanding of the system used in NE, they run a base 3-4 two gap system with 4-3 concepts when they go to nickel. The defense is more conservative than say the 3-4 that Wade Phillips runs. Subsequently, they tend toward more physical bodies in the front seven. Although they value athletic ability in the LBS, physicality is a primary trait and finesse is secondary. I think Baker is the opposite, being a more finesse player. JMHO

Sick and tired of our team always having piles of players on I.R. every damn season. We need to find some durable players for crying out loud.
