Hof Jets C Kevin Mawae Pays Respect To His "nemesis" In Hof Speech.

If you think an overachiever doesn’t belong in the HOF, then you might be an *******. Tom Brady overachieved. Every UDFA who balled overachieved.

The difference with Brady is that hes a multiple championship winning player doesn't choke under pressure.

Can you honestly say that about Zach?

Your answer will tell us if you understand the game well enough.

A middle linebacker on teams with shitty offenses, choked away championships? Jason Taylor is a choke job too? Did Zach steal your girlfriend? **** your wife?

I wonder if his Cowboys days took the luster off his HOF credentials. Watching Meatneck desperately try and rush the passer only to get stoned by a 3rd string TE was sickening.

Honestly, at the end of his career, it was too close to Joey Portor who also should retire five years earlier.

Your hatred for Zack is obvious. Did he do something to you personally bruh?

Now I have absolutely seen it all ladies and gentlemen. Here we have someone calling Zach Thomas overrated while questioning others knowledge of the game. Your really gonna die on the Zach Thomas of all people is over rated hill?

7x Pro Bowler, 5x first team all pro, 2x second team all pro, 2000's All decade team. AFC Defensive rookie of year which means he was dominant from the word GO!! Oh let's not forget he is also a College Hall of Famer. Including 2x SWC Defensive player of the year.

Just curious though in your opinion which part or parts of his game do you think he was over rated? You probably shouldn't continue down this terrible opinion path that you've chosen but if so would love to hear

Only one appropriate response to those who those who think he shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame....

Wow. That's quite the gesture from Mawae to throw up Thomas' picture on the big screen, give him so much love, and advocate for him to get into the HOF during his own HOF speech. Cool to see the respect.

Your entire discourse in this thread is delightful; truly a welcome respite. Not because your opinion resembles anything remotely intelligent, but rather because it is irrefutable evidence that most of your posts can be dismissed sight unseen.

Implying that those who disagree with you about Zach don’t understand football is like saying potatoes are secretly nuclear weapons, and that anyone who disagrees with you really doesn’t grasp the finer nuances of hopscotch. It just doesn’t make any sense.

Your masterful grasp of football aside, I’m going to take a chance on the slightly less reliable opinions of Bill Parcells and Kevin Mawae here. Zach Thomas not being in the Hall is absurd.

Ah the ultimate insult thrown around on this forum if someone doesn't agree with you....you know more football then them.

Wow...Zach was a tackling machine with legendary heart. I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect he's compromised his body and future by consistently delivering game changing collisions with zero thought for his own well being. Yes, I'm a fan and realize he didn't have Ray Lewis' measurables, but he does deserve to be in HOF conversation and if that means I'm smoking crack...then pass the rock.

Don't let a very very select few (Who are just trolling because they have an agenda) get to you, anyone with any common sense knows how great Zach was.
