I don't think we are going to see gel this season. OL injuries are very common league wide. Probably a 100% chance one or more of our OL suffers an injury. This OL crew is pieced together with scraps and the season hasn't even started. What do you thinks going to happen to the gel once the first guy goes down?

Exactly. There are many intangible qualities Fitzpatrick can bring to a young QB and overall young team. We have many draft picks for next year and are developing a young squad. Talk of trade is absolutely off base.

The game is not shown live in my area. I have to wait for the NFL network replay to see the whole game...but feel free to criticize if you must for me living outside the market. I have seen a whole regular season of Rosen last year. He was not good. Not at all. You are treating him as though he is the second coming with nothing but hope to base that on. It’s ok if you think he is a superstar, I will wait for him to prove it.

So far, the head coach says Fitzpatrick is the starter. This means Rosen has not done enough to unseat him. That is a fact. I did only see game highlights so far, but again, nothing jumped out in those and said Rosen is the clear winner. I said I don’t put much stock in preseason games anyway, but you guys act like I am writing the kid off completely. I am not. Still, Rosen needs to show some magic, which I have yet to see in his NFL career.

FWIW, I was able to watch Jones and Murray, as their games were shown back to back. Murray looked truly special.
