Only one that I can think of. Charles White who was Erick Dickerson’s back up for a while. Had bad drug problems, and had his only good year after Dickerson was traded. 1300+ yards in the 87 strike season. He was suspended the next year for yet another substance abuse violation and retired right after the 88 season. Interesting but tragic story.
 
And here we go. The scramble for the number one pick begins. Oh , and the masters of the tank the Indianapolis Colts Qb just retired because his calf is sore. Figures.
 
I can respect him for wanting to go if his heart wasn’t in it but 2 weeks before the start of the season... come on man... either retire before the draft or play one last season and give your team a heads up. If I were an Indy fan I’d be heated, slap in the face to the fans retiring right before the season like this.
 
It's what happen when you don't protect your QB or are late to.

Luck said he was in a cycle of injury, pain, rehab, injury, pain, rehab last 4 years - Luck said the pain has taken away his joy for the game.

Maybe we should build a very good offensive line then get a QB so we can keep him around.

Were paying Fitzpatrick 5 mil this year to take a beating this year.
