Those comparisons are awful.
Brown= Brian Westbrook+ Marshall Fualk . May or may not be an everydown back, but is a great receiver and can run more complicated routes.
Benson= Edge + Ricky. Shifty in the open field and when finding holes, shows great balance and vision, with the extra gear to turn it up when going to the outside.
Williams= Curtis Martin + LT. Great vision, keeps his legs moving, balanced, and has surprising power for his size.
Why does everyone ignore the obvious comparison between Cedric Benson and Ricky Williams? I mean seriously guys, they are like clones on the field and Cedric even modeled himself for Ricky on the field. But your comparison of Cadillac to Curtis Martin and LaDainian Tomlinson is dead-on.
As for Ronnie Brown, dare I say that the NFL does not furnish an accurate comparison for him? I don't think it does. What NFL back runs with genuine, GENUINE 4.3 speed on a 6' 230+ lbs frame, is a former fullback and blocks extremely well, and has a better feel for the passing game than most any other runningback in his class? I like the Deuce McAllister comparison best because Deuce has a good feel for the passing game, is about Ronnie's size, and definitely has some speed but his speed is not Ronnie Brown's speed. So, I guess, a FASTER Deuce McAllister, with maybe less injury issues.
Ronnie Brown = Deuce McAllister meets Brian Westbrook + PCP
Cadillac Williams = Curtis Martin meets LaDainian Tomlinson - soft receiving hands
Cedric Benson = Ricky Williams (New Orleans) meets Ricky Williams (Miami)
