By watching the fins this year so far i believe we should trade up for another first round pick badly.

We need a qb knowing gus wont be around much longer.I think vince young and marcus vick and possibly omar jacobs are the qbs that would work in our system. They all got rocket arms.

CB!big issue. If we trade up we should try to get devin hester or another playmaking corner back.

TRADE FOR RIVERS or get Stanton or Quinn, IF they declare. We have GOT to have a guy like that.

NO slash guys allowed.

Prepare for the Marcus Vick bashing to begin.

No bashing here but... He's unproven and not nearly as atheletic as his brother, which is what makes a Vick....well...a Vick. I can think of 5-10 QB's id rather have as of right now.

Interesting. Check out my sig for a mock draft. I'll explain:

1st round: Marcus McNeil OT (The BIGGEST problem that Miami faces right now is not a average O-Line but a horrible O-Line McNeil is a huge, 6'9 bull dozer that this team needs badly)
2nd round:A.J. Nicholson OLB (Nicholson is a better player than people give him credit for. Regardless if Seau retires next year or not Nicholson is a great pickup for this team who will merge the 4-3, 3-4)
3rd round: Greg Eslinger C (Can this team please get a true Center? Eslinger is just a machine, he's one of those players you love to have on the team)
4th round: Pat Watkins S (This pick will be either CB or S, Will Poole will be back next year, Howard will not but I think Saban gets some help in FA)
5th round: Manny Wright DT (supp.)
6th round: Brodie Croyle QB (At this point I'm not sure if AJ Feeley or Sage will be back, Croyle is a good QB and decent backup option. We need a better QB but I think Miami either grabs some Vet in FA or waits and builds the O-line first)
7th round: Chijioke Onyenegecha CB (This is simply a need pick, see what Saban can get out of this kid)
7th round: Matt Lentz OG (Another need pick, we need some backup help for Guards Hadnot and James, give the kid a shot.)

Wrong on so many levels. croyle should be UDFA. He lasts 2 seconds before his legs give out. He is the Brock Berlin or Chris Rix of 2006 draft.

Get one of the juniors like Stanton or Quinn, or TRADE FOR RIVERS.

he won't come out this year will he?

I dont think he will (or should) but with VT ranked 3rd in the nation he is getting a lot of attention. If they were to finish the season very well (national champs) you never know if the scouts would fall in love with him.

i think we trade up for another first and u take the corner from v tech wit our 1st pik and a lb wit our second 1st rd pik then qb second rd and from there go best player available

wow. vick, young or jacobs? if i'm drafting and that's my only options, i put a bullet in my head to save the killing i'm going to get from my team's fans 3 years down the road

No way Brodie falls to the 6th man

6th round is about right for Croyle. People hype him way too much around here. Here is where he ranks by website.

10th by FootballsFuture.com
10th by draftshowcase.com
10th by nfldraftcountdown.com

so maybe 6th round is too high??

Those guys are huge projects, if I had to choose one I would take Young, but I don't think they'll be serviceable for their first two seasons in the league. It's a real tough call, after Leinart the QB's just aren't impressive. I was waiting for either McNeal or Whitehurst to break away and establish themselves as the 2nd best Sr Qb, but neither have.

I'd like to see us trade for Rivers, who may turn out to be even better than Brees, or try to get Leinart, who may end up being a better pro than Palmer. They are the most promising options at this point.

Will Poole will be back. CB is not a big a need as some of you make it out to be.
None of the QB's you mentioned are sure things. They are all projects at the NFL level.
