06 drafties aiming for a turn around

i like hagan at #3 and i hope toledo is as good as some think.....just dont get hurt in the sauna aymore
 
I for 1 have been critical of the 06 draft....I really hope that they or some pan out....Hagan and Allen ecspecially.

WR position must be so bad that ba slow *** Vick can compete with all the rest.

i'm really puling for all oF them but if evans and wright the 7th rd picks work out we become younger at DL also toledo might help solidify the OL
 
I belivevick can be 4th (or 5th not sure) reciever..like Hagan was last year.

Id like to see it happen for his sake but it wont. We have chambers and booker at 1 and 2 while hagan will be either the 3 or 4. Now after that we have both Kelly Campbell and Az Hakim trying out and im sure one of the will make it for anywhere from the 3-5 spot. Now that would mean that vick has a legit shot for the 5 spot which i think he does. The worst thing out of this scenario for him would be that he ends up on the practice squad. BUT if we draft a reciever like planned then it will be extremely difficult for him to make the team but we'll see.

One thing that may help his case is if he returns kicks well for us and works hard enough to replace welker. Then he could build up a roster spot from there just like welker did.

i dont think Campbell or Hakim really hurt hisa chances much.
 
I mean after the draft we will have a clearer picture. I still think Booker may get traded or released outright . . . but it depends how the draft goes.

If we draft a WR early . . . I could see Booker leaving. But it all depends . . . Chamber and Hagan, Campbell or Hakim (Campbell wins this easy if healthy), rookie and Vick . . . Vick proved to have nice hands in preseason and in TC last year and looks like the front runner on punts.
 
i think vick will become a weapon under cam like brad smith was with the jets don't forget are old OC now the TE couch willnot be running the ofencive show this year

Vick is a lot of things. Slow isn't one of them.
