after doing a woody paige ( " Look at the schedule!") I have my 06 regular season prediction. With our rosters the way it is I predict we go 11-5 (7-1 at home!)

I honestly think we can give the colts a run for their money (12-4?) Remember what happened in the playoffs when the steelers kept pressuring Peyton? Were one of the best in the league at pressure. We had 49 sacks last year, second only to the seahawks who had 50

You have use beating Indy but losing to Bears? Not logical.....plus very hard to do this w/o knowing WHEN we play some of these opponents.....Pittsburgh/NE/Buffalo could be difficult games depending on when they are played on the road.....so until we know when the games will be played I think its foolish to even try to guess.

I said we could give them a game. the bears have no offense, just a great defense

i agree we will (not could) give the colts a game....I just dont see us losin to the Bears...........but still gotta know when the games are gonna be scheduled, I guess Bears could be tough if its a late season game.

I say 11-5 also. AFC champs, no-bye first round playoff victory and out. Maybe two playoff wins, but no SB. Doesn't mean I don't think it could happen, but you know, I'm just being realistic.

but what if its a game in October...I'd say we'd beat them 8 times out of 10...thats why its sooooo hard to do this w/o know WHEN the games are scheduled.

Regardless of the season, look at the matchups. I don't think they could run on us, and they can't pass very well. They have a very good run D, but I'm not particularly sold on their secondary. I think we win with our passing game. The only thing that would throw a curve in the mix would be if it snowed, because it's more difficult to run good routes and pass in the snow, obviously. I wouldn't want to be left with only the run against their front 7 or 8 when they know its coming. But, with some Culpepper scrambles and short passes we might could pull it off. So looking at it from that perspective, we come out with the W.

You got me there. God i hope its early.
But thats why i picked us to lose to the pats on the road. After you spend ur time in miami, those cold weather enviroments are harsh

i agree with the 11-5 record but I would give us a lose to Jacksonville at home and a win vs. the Bears.

just as long as we have that 11-5 record, we would most likely win the division. Its always hard to count the pats out, but they are losing everyone it seems.
