1 stat to make you smile..

At some point in the 4th quarter, a stat came up about Miami's O-line play:
0 sacks,0 hurries
Don't know if it stood for the whole game, but not bad for a line that was considered one of the worst in football last year against what is supposed to be a very good front 7 for Atlanta.

This year's going to be about finding the positives, and that's a huge one in my book.
Other positives:
-Highly paid top draft pick Ronnie Brown-looking like all that!
-That first drive-stopping fumble was caused by a 3rd round draft pick rookie, recovered by a 4th round draft pick rookie!
-Ricky starting to look like either a scary backup or reasonable trade bait

It's a process guys, and we are sorely lacking qb talent this year, but we are building a young talented team.

There were a lot of short passes, and the OL is not where they need to be, but they had their best game of the season REGARDLESS of what the statistics say or don't say.

Everyone knows I have always liked Vernon Carey. I think it is no coincidence that the OL began to improve dramatically once Saban stopped screwing around with Stockar McDougle. Notice the penalties have decreased dramatically too.

i know Im right. We got the great Ricky Williams and we got the great Ronnie Brown. The sky is not falling, it simply is being run by paddycake OC's.
