Over the last three years, 2 Dolphins players have had 10+ catches in a game.
Last year, week 9, Greg Camarillo grabbed 10 balls for 111 yards against Denver.
And now, on Monday, Ted Ginn grabbed 11 balls for 108 yards against Indianapolis.
So that game by Ginn...despite all the hate those 2 dropped passes are generating, that game by Ginn is the greatest catching display by a Dolphin in 3 years. And don't forget that last year he had the greatest yardage-gaining display by a Dolphins receiver (7 for 175 Wk 8 v. Buffalo) since Chambers blew up for 200+ against the Bills years ago.
Kinda hard to hate on his hands in light of the production on Monday. I don't know why he dropped the TD passes, or whether he'll ALWAYS drop those when the heat is on. But I know that he caught more balls in one game than any player in 3 years on this team.
If he weren't targeted in the endzone on Monday, he would likely be getting pat on the back rather than insulted.
