20 Thrive: Danny Amendola

Danny Amendola has constantly been taking pay cuts from the New England Patriots for a number of years, but he has finally decided to give himself a chance to play elsewhere. The veteran receiver signed a new deal with the Miami Dolphins and will have a bigger role.

Amendola is going to thrive in Miami quite nicely because he is a legitimate threat and will not be considered one of their top offensive weapons. Although he definitely will be playing with a worse quarterback than Tom Brady, he will have more chances to shine and it will be solid for him.

19 Disappoint: Jarvis Landry

Jarvis Landry was the big signing by the Cleveland Browns this season and there is no denying that he is a good wide receiver. However, when you observe the money and term that he will getting with this deal, there definitely is some cause for concern moving forward.

Landry has the potential to definitely help this team get better, but realistically, he will not be worth that money unless they are able to attract a top notch quarterback to play there. However, that will take time and Landry needs to be a star before that happens, so he may disappoint.

They also list Gore #2 as thriving. But they cite Miami’s “uncertain QB situation.

The author noted Suh as a defensive end. Am I missing something. Did the Rams move him to DE. Totally destroys all the authors credibility by saying that Suh is a DE.

Don't they run a 3-4? He's probably better suited for DE than a NT.
And yet the talk I’ve heard is that Suh would be better at the Nose-ish position. Apparently Donald is more of a DE than Suh is not a NT. It’s either going to work amazingly or horribly. Suh can defend the run but I don’t like him as the space-eater double teamer

So according to the article the ones we got will do great and the ones we lost will do bad.......lets hope so

I wouldn't say it means Suh or Landry will perform poorly, just that the bar for the two Pro Bowlers will be placed much higher so the odds are they will disappoint compared to their expectations.

Yeahhhhh he might not be playing next to Donald for a while...

This article claimed that Suh had an off-season last year and is no longer elite. First time I ever heard anyone claim that. More likely any problem in L.A. will be from playing out of position at NT or how he meshes with Donald.
