No. Here is the 10 solutions for the dolphins:

1. Fire Tannenbaum
2. Fire Grier
3. Fire the head of pro scouting
4. Fire the head of college scouting
5. Fire all scouts
6. Hire a proper gm
7. Hire a competent head of pro scoruing
8. Hire a competent head of college scouting
9. Hire new team of scouts
10. Build a functional roster for Adam Gase

If Miami could trade Tannehill to the 49ers for next years 1st round pick I would be all over that move. They could even throw in Kap in the deal.
 
I think it's going to require more than 10 solutions.

Right now my only fix for this team is "change the channel".

Joking aside, if I were to diagnose one overarching problem with this team over the past, oh I don't know, 20 years I would say it's this alpha male belief that this team is "close to competing for a championship". There have only been maybe 1 or max 2 times we came close in the past two decades to being close to being relevant, let alone a championship contender.

The best teams are also best at talent assessment. The Miami Dolphins are NOT good at that

Patriots don't look for the best players because you can't always get the best players. They look for the right players. That's what makes them so good. We try to mash everything together and hope for the best. Square pegs in round holes year after year
 
Get back to the basics.
Tackling, catching, blocking, running, and throwing.
We can not get those things right to prove if the offensive or defensive scheme works.

PS It is time to move on from the annual IR brigade players. No one takes more beatings than our QB but he is out there every week and I am anti RT.

Tannehill got exposed last year and right now he's following up a bad season with one of his worst seasons. He's one of the worst QBs in the NFL right now.

I don't see any trade value here.

Maybe if a team has a qb injury during camp, otherwise no coach or GM is going to be stupid enough to put their career on the line with him ever again.

The patriots play sound football and have good defense.
They (Bellicheat) take advantage of your scheme and mistakes.
Since the Fins play gimmick football using finesse schemes with out of position athletes, it is taking candy from a baby.
Everything about the Fins is wrong, from the owner down to the uniforms and logo.
That is my take.

Trade Albert, Pouncey and Wake. Get a full draft in for 2017. 2016 is beyond over. Please admit it now. We have the worst secondary ever because we have ZERO NFL caliber CB talent that's healthy enough to suit up.
The Howard injury officially ended our season. He wasnt good, yet, but what's behind him is just so pathetic that we have zero chance to cover NFL WRs.
