James will be back either this week or next. Just cause he's not practicing today doesn't mean he won't tomorrow or Friday. He was on the field last week rehabbing.
 
Does any of this matter anymore. The season is lost, this will be a completely different team with different players and a different HC and coordinators.

Appears that Matthews is still limited too. This is a banged up team.

Will it? Seems we've said that after Wannstedt left, after Saban left, after Cameron left, after Sparano left, after Philbin left and now once Campbell leaves.

I guess the thought at the time was we would still be in the playoff hunt when he was able to return and maybe contribute but...

#Dolphins WR Rishard Matthews (ribs, chest) is running routes during this light practice. Progress for him and something to monitor this wk.

Rishard Matthews practicing. If he plays, will be interesting to see if he or DeVante Parker starts. I'd like to see Parker get more snaps

And putting James on IR would have done what exactly? We get to sign some scrub that no one else wanted and expect him to put us over the top for a playoff run lol?

Wasn't devastating...that's hyperbole. We sucked when he was playing and we've sucked since he's been gone. It's essentially been no difference.

Come on Truth we would have been able to keep Kovacs on the roster maybe lol..
 
Parker had some terrible route running in the Giants game. I mean awful routes.
 
At this point is all about seeing what the young players can do. Imo Wake, Grimes, Sheppard and Misi should be gone after this season. We need at leat 5 new starters on defense and 1 or 2 on offense

james injury gone from 4 to 6 to 6 to 8

might as well ir him...although tannehill probably would like to have him back still I guess
