1st Practice of 2010

So last season there was a big deal about the first practice and they had a huge turnout. I know the miamidolphins website let us know the practice schedule and everything.

This season I haven't seen one post about it on their website. Is it going to be open to the public on July 30th? If not when? I def want to go this season but I have no idea what time and what day the first practice the public can go to.

Yea, the 30th is open. Both morning and afternoon. The next day, the 31st, is a team scrimmage
