See? Much better.

Now, lets keep in mind we lost 2 games to playoff caliber teams. 2 games that we were battling and competing in. Sure Brady smoked us for 500 yards but we were in the game, not the usual 45-0 blowouts. Texans game was ours, but costly turnovers and missed kicks did us in.

Step back and look, we have no glaring holes on the team. Sure you can cry about Reshad Jones or Columbo, but we have no "player" that is costing us games.

Dolphins are not beating the Browns and Chargers.

Its not just one player costing us games..It's all of them collectively.. Its bad coaching and bad playing calling on the both sides of the ball in key spots.. Columbo was god awful..Two of the bad plays he gave up were huge.. Sacks kill drives..Not scoring in the red zone loses you games..If Miami comes out and crushes the Browns I will have some optimism but if we win by the skin of our teeth we are pretty much done..They look to be one of the weakest teams we face this year.

I see us at 0-4 going into the bye week. In fact I really don't see a win for us until I believe the 8th or 9th game vs the Chiefs. Just being realistic here. Sorry to be a "debbie downer" to everyone.

WHO CARES if they are 2-2 at the BYE? They have once again proven that they can't hang with the playoff teams! This is another year of the same song! String together some wins against mediocre teams and collapse at the end against the tough teams and miss the playoffs. 7-9 or 8-8. The Patriots have this division on lock, and the Jets continue to win despite their crappy QB. I would feel better being a Bills fan right now honestly!

2-2 is going to be a very hard task.

yes we can beat the browns, but we can also lose to them. yes we can beat the chargers, but we can also lose just as easily.

also, if the pats were able to tare us to shreds, not that phillip rivers is tom brady, but the guy is a very good qb, and with the weapons they have their in sd, especially if floyd is back for that game, could be lethal.

I think we'll be 1-3. We should beat the Browns, but Rivers is going to kill our Pass D against the Chargers.

1......2........3........... You're right. Why beat the best teams in order to take the next step when we can continue to thrive in mediocrity. :bobdole:

I understand the frustrations, but I dont see how losing to the Texans by the skin of our teeth, and keeping up with the Pats until the 4th quarter point twoards the Fins going 2-14 or some junk.

I know we have weakness at certain positions, but what team doesnt. Columbo does a average job at RT but gets destroyed on FH because he gives up one or two sacks. Sure there at key moments of the game, but people on here make it seem like this guy is getting blown up on every play. Reshad Jones getting mugged is a result of sending 7 man blitzes and getting 0 pressure on the QB.

We are getting there, Wake is getting into his grove. Texans game showed promise.

I wonder what people would be saying if we would of made those kicks and beat the Texans?

We lost to the Texans by the skin of our teeth? What game were you watching. The Texans were in control the ENTIRE game!

I forsee a 4-5 win season and Sparano is gone at some point - sorry

The D will actually look better after the bye week when they are inshape but by then we are so far out of the POs who cares

The Oline is actually only to get worse - offsetting incremental gains by the D

Instead we have a coach that is costing us games. Is that better or worse?

And yes, we have lost to 2 playoff caliber teams. Aren't those the teams we are suppose to be able to beat by now? This regime has had 4 years and we are still getting smoked by teams that are competant. How does the fact that they might end up in the playoffs reassure you?

The one on TV! LOL!

We left what.... 6 points behind on kicks. Another 7 from the dropped Marshall TD Pass, and if we scratch all that out with the "woulda, coulda, shoulda" DT fumbled on what was a promising drive to put us on top.

We were in the battle both games, not the usual Fins blowouts.
