2. - Good Rumors

where'd you hear the Culpepper update?? I'd heard some rumors but do you have any solid info?? I'd love to see Daunte in a fins jersey. The guy is a beast. Linebacker frame, a strong arm that can deliver the deep ball, has the scrambling potential, plus he's a FL native.

Linebacker frame and strong arm yes... however it is gonna be tough for him to scramble in a wheelchair. Guys, he blew out all three ligaments in his knee. It is gonna be a while before the guy can even put any weight on it. If he does come back to the NFL, he is looking at April-May before he will be done with Physical Rehab....

Yea screw TO... he's too much of a problem. Yea he's a top-notch WR but no-one can handle the guy... I dont care how much of a disciplinarian Saban is. There's no way he'll be able to handle TO once some lil' thing doesnt go the way he would like it. TO is a selfish player who definitely ruins teams. San Fran, then all the crap with the Ravens, to the latest Philly team.

Culpepper will be back sooner than you think... the medical advancements these days combined with the best rehab. will have Culpepper back in some team's starting line-up by the week 3 of the regular season at the latest next year. Even if it does turn out later than that, we better pull the trigger if we can get Daunte. He will be on crutches and in a wheel chair for some time but he's a better player than Kitna, Carr, and every other garbage QB people have been discussing will ever be. Definitely a franchise QB.

Culpepper yes, Owens yes.
i mean why not give him a shot?? He is one of the best WR in the game. Maybe he wants to come back and prove to the NFL and the NFL fan base hes not as big an A**hole every1 makes him out to be. I would love to see the both in teal white and orange.:dolphins:

Dan LeBatard is a moron, and I don't really listen to anything he says. He knows less about football than anyone on this board.

You've obviously never seen me scramble.

TO is a selfish a-hole that doesnt give a rats *** what you or any other fan thinks. Havent you seen the episode where the camera guys chase him to his house after he leaves during the pre-season. Dude is waiting for the cameras then goes out and starts doing sit-ups in his driveway while talking smack about the eagles. His whole stint about going to the eagles was to prove that he wasnt such a bad guy. That lasted pretty long. Dont forget he screwed the Ravens in the process also....

info...FOR SURE read the bottom 3 POINTS

btw, elsewhere, Daunte said he wants to play for a team that wants him in 2006 so beware my friends.

Culpepper no. Owens maybe. Culpepper's a fumble machine (pretty much has one every game). Minnesota was actually better off without him. I say let him go to Arizona. We should just draft or trade up for a QB. And Owens is a mixed bag. He's got skill but can't keep his mouth shut.

my nextdoor neighbor is a distributor for reebok and T.O is one of his clients. He has met with T.O many times and from what he tells me he is a nice guy and not all the media makes him out to be.
I know what he did was wrong but why not give him a chance you never know.
