Miami trades: number 1 pick to Dallas

Dallas trades: 2 1sts, 1 2nd, and Marion Barber (who will get tendered a 1st and 3rd).

We then trade barber for that extra 1st and 3rd

Miami trades Jason Taylor for a 2nd

--> that will give us 3 1sts, 4 2nds, 2 3rds, and a 4th

Thats 10 picks in the top 96 (7 in the first 2 rounds!!!!!!!)

This is a talented draft pool and deep draft for OT, CB, DT, WR, TE.

1 S (if K. Phillips falls)
1 DE (Merling, Groves, Harvey, Cambell
1 OT (Clady, Otah, Williams, Baker, Cherilus)
2 CB (DRC, Cason, Porter, Flowers, King)
2 DT (Sims, Bryant, Moore, Okam)

Thats's a lot of wishfull thinking right there. but dude you gotta remmember we're not in madden. teams do care about their picks, they are not desperate to give them for any given offer.
Also, there is no way dallas gives up their two firsts, the 2nd and barber for the 1st. plus I can't see a team giving up their 1st and 3rd for barber.
Maybe the two 1sts, a 3rd this year and a 2nd next year gets it done but that's it.
 
Yeah, but dreams cost nothing.
Dallas had dreams like that a few years ago....worked out OK for them if I recall.

Don't you only get 10 draft picks a year?

IF that's the case, (anybody know), we wouldn't have a 5-7th round pick.

the fifth is gone for trent green, and I guess a forfeit of the 6 and 7 since we would have ten in the top four rounds.

not a bad thing, but I was just wondering how that would pan out.

I'm starting to think the dallas trade won't happen. two firsts and barber isn't near enough value. Dallas would have to be completely reckless to give us more than that imo.

IF we trade I bet we only drop a few spots, and probably not out of the top ten.
