I would look for the Rams to trade down with the Saints in the 1st round. The Saints desperatley want Glen Dorsey and the Rams would be smart in accepting the trade to aquire more picks and they could still get a great defensive player like Keith Rivers. The Bengals would also like to move out of their spot unless Sedrick Ellis were to fall to them. There are a couple of teams that would probably be looking to trade up into the latter part of round 1 in order to grab a QB.​

Now looking into round 3 there are some interesting prospects sitting there:​

Cliff Avril OLB Perdue
Great athlete and a perfect fit for our 3-4 outside linebacker position.​

Tavares Gooden OLB Miami
Very gifted athlete with a ton of potential and has experience at multiple linebacker positions.​

Charles Godfrey CB/S Iowa
Versatile player who can play both corner and saftey.​

Marcus Harrisson DT Arkansas
Strong and powerful and would probably play DE in 3-4 possibly NT. However he was arrested on felony drug charges.​

Red Bryant NT Texas A&M
Big NT at 6'4'' 318lbs but needs to be pushed in order to reach his full potential.​

Jason Jones DE E. Michigan
Another 3-4 DE with tremendous athletic ability.​

Jeremy Zuttah OG/C Rutgers
Potential to be very good and has played all over the Oline. He needs to be pushed but will be a solid pick because he can play almost anywhere.​

Jordy Nelson WR Kansas St.
I know a lot of people like him on here and he is probably the best WR available along with maybe Donnie Avery but I think Avery will be a project.​

Nice mock! Lofton and Carlson would be two very productive players who could very well start as rookies.

Of all the people on here, you share my view on this draft perfectly. Looking in your sig, Long, Cason, Lofton, and Carlson are ideal with the only thing I differ from in the money picks (picks before the big break) is the fourth where I love Roy Scheuning.

If the draft falls that way where we would take Lofton and Carlson in the second, then I would like to see Avril. Of course, we really need a cornerback, so maybe Godfrey even though I am not really high on him.

If we don't take Hardy with 2a then I hope we start Sunday with JORDY NELSON!!!

If Hardy is gone I hope we take best CB available, Brandon Flowers, Aqib Talib. Characterissues could be a big theme of this years draft and that could make a CB drop. I dont think teams want to draft cornerbacks in the first because its a hard position to project to the next level and the bust factor is bigger and they can always be had in the later rounds as opposed to skill players that can start right away on teams with needs at WR and RB.

I bet theres 4 RB's off the board before the first 45 picks like in this mock. I think that people are over estimating teams need at CB.

The players in my sig are the players I want but I dont see Cason falling to us and then lofton falling to 57 but that is why it is my "wish list". If Schuenning were to fall to the 4th round then i would hope we would draft him. I like him a lot as well. I am sure that when day 2 of the draft comes we will see a player who was a sure fire 1st rounder sitting there for us. It is impossible to predict who that player may be but I am confident there will be one.
