There were times last season when they were about 8,000 ppl viewing the Dolphins talk forum alone. I think it's went down a lot to due with the ad issues and malware that the sites been giving posters. Get ADBLOCK!

i read that's not real viewers though. the numbers are inflated due to search engine bots, or ad bots, or something.

the whole malware/trojan thing kept me away for awhile but since this site has the most posters and info i keep coming back. it doesn't seem to be too malicious. still a bummer, can't understand why they don't kick ad company to the curb. must be some $ involved.

Please screenshot the finheaven page when you experience a popup, malware, etc.; otherwise we can't do anything about it because we won't be able to find the cause. The ads are here to stay because it's not free to run a site this large. So yes, some $ is involved.

We need the screenshots because several of us have logged in under non-VIP accounts and had no problems, even with crappy IE.

2000 viewers is low. That's because you'll get less on a friday night.

I have seen plenty of instances where there are 4000, 5000, up to 8/9000 viewers at one time.

And well over 10,000 during a game.

Well here is the problem my friend. To support that kind of volume it takes major servers and bandwidth which cost thousands of dollars a month. Of those thosuands of people that come here less than 1% contribute to the site which does not cover the cost. So ads are required or there would be no finheaven. If 10% of the people who came here gave $10 dollars than the site would not have to run a single ad at all. But everyone wants it for "free" so we do what we have to do. It sucks but its what we are forced to do.
