There are a few players I really like in next years draft. Most should be 1st round talent but for the past 2 drafts guys the experts thought were 2-3-4 th round talent have slipped with some not even gettin drafted.
#1 Terrence Cody-DT-Alabama--The one thing I know is that he is a monster of a man. You cant teach size and he has tons of it. He is 6'5"---365 lbs. He is compared to Kris Jenkins. I would love to get him and him perform like Kris Jenkins. Thats what we really need is a huge NT like this to close the holes. I would say we will have to be in the top 15-20 to get him.
#2 Eric Berry-S-TN--I know we have Wilson and Bell and SMith could even become a S. I live in Knoxville TN so I get to see a ton of the Vols. I hate the Vols so I am not bias. I mean I hate them with a passion. But Eric Berry is the best S I have ever seen play college football. I know thats a pretty bold statement but this guy is crazy. He is a sure tackler, has great speed at 4.36. He had 7 picks last year and took 2 to the house, 72 tackles,8.5 TFL, 6 Pass Broken UP, 3 sacks. I know alot of you will say you would rather have Mays but watch any highlights you can find of Berry or watch the UT games. I would trade up to get him next year if we dont get lucky. They project him in the top5-7. Thats high for s Safety but his talent is head and shoulders.
#3- Arrelious Benn_WR-Illinois--He is def the best WR in this draft. He is 6'2" -214lbs and runs a 4.46/40. He is a great route runner and catches everything thrown his way. He would be our true #1 we have been looking for. With him and Bess they could be Duper and Clayton all over. THing is he is prob going in the top 10 unless he breaks his leg.
#4-Sergio Kindle-LB-Texas--At 6'4" --254 lbs he has great size. He is pretty quick from scouts saying he runs a 4.56/40. He had 12.5 TFL and 10 sacks last year. Oh yeah it was his first year starting so I imagine he will have a huge year.
#5-Dez Bryant-WR-OSU-- This guy would be a great consolation prize if we miss out on Benn. He is the same size and displays the same athletic ability. He had 87 rec, 1480 yards and 19 TD. He should be a pick from 15-25 so maybe he will fall to us.
#6--Taylor Mays
#7 Ndamukong Suh-DT-Nebraska
#8-Travis Lewis-LB-Oklahoma
#9 Brandon Spikes
#10 Rolando McClain-LB-Oklahoma
#11-George Selvie-DE/LB-SFLA
#12 Gerald McCoy-would have him higher but I dont think he has the size to play DT in the 3-4.+
