oops My mistake!

They have a WR on that lists which I don't think belong.

I know it's not possible, but boy would it be amazing if for the 3rd year in a row Miami again gets one of the cream of the crop players in the draft, and see Foster there waiting for them, and if not his teammate Howard would make me almost as happy.

If both are drafted as expected, then hopefully Zach Cunningham will be there, because you can teach better tackling technique, and he can always add more muscle to that tall 6'4 frame, but you can't teach anticipation.

Rueben Foster no longer weighs 245 lbs. Before the season started, he said he was down to 225 lbs.

A different Foster will take the field Sept. 3 against USC. Since last season closed, Foster said he trimmed 15 pounds to 225 while adding muscle. He was down to 235 in spring practice before losing another five over the summer.

"I'm more explosive," he said. "It might sound strange, 225 at linebacker but it feels great. Knees not hurting, back not hurting, it feels great."

"Knee problems," Foster said. "I've seen lack of directions, coaches have seen lack of directions. They helped me adjust, getting the meal plan right."

Foster credits Alabama team nutritionist Amy Bragg and her staff for improving his eating. He's not the only one making the physical changes to adapt to the changing styles of offense.

The difference in Alabama's defense was described in one word.

"Faster," he said. "Most of us are losing weight, just, you know, sideline to sideline and the speed of the game."

The first two guys fit any team in the NFL . The choices out side of the WR all make sense, but untill March 6th-10 we have no real idea what the primary needs will be. We also don't know if any of these guys fall off the chart at the combine. But currently out hole in a starting line up are RG, MLB, SAM, DE, and TE. With two linebackers needed you have to get on board with LB being a 1st round pick, and Cunningham seems like he could be available, and perfect for Miami. I would also love Lamp, just like Steve Carrell. A dude that can start at G or C would be ideal for this team. With Pouncey and James on the Right side Jay would run wild. If Mike goes down Lamp can still give us body mover at C we need. Then again if Howard does fall to us there is no way I would be mad if we drafted him.

Good list overall. But if you take Jordan Willis at that point of the first round you are losing ground to the rest of the league. It would be the equivalent of taking JuWaun James a few years ago. Even if he turns out to be a nice player you are treading water compared to teams that will makes more aggressive and astute choices.

I would think that Reddick and Davis would be on Miami's radar as well. Can't see Ross even though he is a good player. I just don't see the team going wide receiver in round 1. Barnett would make a lot of sense if he gets to #22. Foster won't make it there, but could be a trade up option.

Both the tight ends on the list are very exciting prospects. I could actually see Gase going in that direction if the team is able to make some moves on the defensive side in free agency.
