Agree with Cox > JOK. Seems like just about everyone has it the other way, but Cox has some Honey Badger in him, is bigger, longer, and better in coverage.

Curious to see where Baron Browning goes. He'd be pretty ideal at OLB in Flores's D. Not a lot of guys with his tools.
Exactly what I was thinking. I didn't pay much attention to personnel in 2020. There were other things going on in the world. But in terms of athletic ability to value ratio Baron Bowning stood well above any other name I saw, given where they were rated in this thread.

Israel Mukuamu played CB at S. Carolina but he's too tall and doesn't have the speed or hips to play that position any longer. However, what he does have is top ball skills for a defensive back. I project him at safety if he can prove that he can communicate and call the defense - and make the one-on-one tackles in space.

Rodjay Burns is an interesting kid to me that has been in my rankings for the past few years at several different positions. He was a WR and Safety in high school. Went to Ohio St. and had a pick 6 before transferring to Louisville where he played Cornerback, Safety, and Linebacker. He also returns punts. As difficult as it is to really nail down a position for him, he's one of the best pure football players and most versatile defenders in the country. Somebody probably sneaks in there and picks him during the dozing hours of Day 3 and comes away with a heck of a special teams player.

This concludes defensive grades for the 2021 NFL Draft. I have about 85% of my work done for 2022 prospects. Be on the lookout for those around the first week of May as I've done for years. It will be my last year doing it.

Hufanga as a hybrid guy interests me. I would be perfectly fine if Miami took Moehrig at 18. That kid looks the goods to me.

Again agree mostly, I think Monty Rice should be a tad higher. Hated to see Herring tear his acl. I think he would have at least been drafted. Now I don’t think he will. I’m going to miss your rankings. Great job as always.

If Nasirildeen makes it to day 3, he could be a big steal. I'd be surprised. Wouldn't mind seeing him on the squad.

What gives with Patrick Jones? Would have thought he showed out better than he did. He reminds me of Bruce Irvin.

I could see that. Rowe played well, but Miami does need a safety. Moehrig could definitely be on play.
