I think this will be my final BIG BOARD. Like every year, these are based on measurements, so mainly combine performances, and whoever is not listed is not on my Board.

Sure. I would draft for need, and #1 need would be QB. But, your question requires examination of the Dolphins' roster, so we that can see where I think the Dolphins are lacking in talent, I will do that. Here in this thread.
 
This is how I see our roster, following the same approach. I'd say I would draft ILB and DB. I would reach too, for need.

Drafting for Need, and marrying the big board and consensus ranking.
(Let me first say I would enter a new QB window and draft a QB at 21, Joe Milton, but since that is not an option, let's improve the team.)

A huge need is in interior of the offensive line, 2 guards and a center. I would not draft those positions in first two rounds because I can get good players later in the draft. All three position will wait until day 3.
(Tackle position is good for this year because we have LT and RT starters, and Jack Driscoll who can sub in if needed, and Kendall Lamm has been in the league for 8 years and has experience, we are good there.)

Another huge need is a safety and a corner. Consensus ranking says all safeties on my big board will go before we pick on day 3. Therefore, I have to draft one on day 1 or 2.
As far as CB, consensus says that Jarrian Jones, Marceallas Dial, Pritchett might be availabe at 158. CB can wait until day 3.

At 21: Javon Bullard S, UGA (He is on my big board as one of the draftable safeties, and consensus has him #55 overall as the highest ranked safety from my big board. That's good enough. I am taking him at 21.)

Another lesser need is to improve LB corp. We have Brooks and Long, but they are not day 1/2 talents, and there is no high level depth behind them. Consensus says that the linebackers on my big board will go ahead of our next 158 pick. I have to take a linebacker here.

At 55: Trevin Wallace, ILB, UK (He is the highest ranked ILB on consensus that is on my big board, ranked #119)

Next, centers, I have to take a center here. I have two draftable centers on my big board, Bartolini and Matt Lee. Bartolini is consensus ranked 139 and there is buzz he may go as high as round 4. Matt Lee should be available. Consensus rank is 227 and buzz is Rd 5/6.

At 158: Matt Lee C, MIA

Next I have to take a corner. The only consensus corner left at 184 who is on my big board is Marcellas Dial. Consensus rank 278, best rank 171, buzz Rd 6 and 7.

At 185: Marcellas Dial, CB, SC

And now we can improve guard positions with picks 198 and 241. I have as Day 2 guard talents: Gottlieb Ayedze MD, Jarrett Kingston USC. As Day 3: Matthew Jones tOSU, Delmar Glaze MD.
Consensus ranks those as follows:
Glaze 156, will not be available.
Ayedze 289
Kingston 299
Jones 307

At 198: Jarrett Kingston, G USC (since he played guard, has experience)
At 241: Gottlieb Ayedze, G, MD (moves from RT to LG)
Or Matt Jones because he has experience at G and comes from power 5, t OSU.
